    Okay. Just saw that it was fixed before closing my PC down (midnight already). Did buy, did check out, but not after culling several items from the cart.

    Which I would have bought had I had an opportunity to check out earlier.

    Definitely wary now. Whatever new sale comes, I will have to think hard if it's worth my time.

    Otherwise they wouldn't have removed them.

    That's only one possibility.  I think that it was just a glich.  Unless we hear from Daz directly, both explanations - at best - are just guesses.

    Whatever the reason, Daz ended up doing the right thing.  They usually do.

    The Edward sale didn't even last a week while Alexandra's is still available.

     Speaking of freebies, did I miss out on the bimonthy freebies or DAZ forgot to change the contents of the page?

    Just a quick reminder to make sure the price of the item(s) in your cart match the total. If not, refresh your cart. It's the individual product prices that carry over to the next page. Seems like this mismatch happens more often during event sales, with the jump in traffic to the site.

    Even better, if you haven't installed Daz Deals yet, now would be the time. It really helps to see the discount percentage next to the product price. When you know it's supposed to be 58%, for example, but the product line shows 40%, you know you need to refresh the page.

    That was disappointing, I had the Edward bundle in my cart and planned to buy it today. I was sure it would last a few more days as it usally does.

    What the-?! No Edward sale?! Damnit Daz, you don't start a major sale event by prematurily ending the sale of the one pro bundle I've been interested in for the last few months. Yes, I know nobody promised anything, but when's the last time a character sale lasted for less than a week? The only upside I can even think of is that, between this and the hiccup this weekend, I am getting frustrated enough to save some actual money this whole March Madness instead of throwing it at my computer monitor.

    I truly think it's time to retire the name March "Madness". It's not madness at all - the discounts are pretty much the same as any other ordinary sale we get here. 50%? There've been better sales that turn up daily.

    Given what happened in the past few days, if you had Edward and bundles in the cart, you may want to leave them there until the DAZ work day starts. It does seem odd since the Alexandra ad is still up.

    I think they ended all sales that included PAs, just to avoid stacking. Which tells you just how "mad" this thing is going to be...

    In the three and a half years I've been shopping at Daz, I've never seen a numbered figure featured for less than two weeks, which is the length of time all new releases keep their intro discount. For that reason, I'm inclined to believe pulling down the offer was not intentional. I also find this very odd:

    I don't know. They've done a pretty good job of eliminating all but the member discounts stacking for some weeks now. All they need do is state higher discounts replace lower, and do not stack. (Something I'm afraid we're going to have to get used to. Shopping Cart Jenga isn't nearly as exciting as it used to be.)

    58% off would be the PC dicount combined with the 40% off for buying one item. If you buy two you would get 50% instead of 40%, so 65% off, which makes the product $6.63. And with 2 items and the extra 10%, you end up with 68.5% discount and a price of $5.97

    Logged out. Logged back in. Extra 10% discount for owning Owen 8 is not applying.

    I added Owen 8 Pro to my cart, and the price of the other item went down. So it appears the issue is when you already own the bundle, the extra discount is not applying...

    The 10% extra discount for owing Owen Pro isn't being applied in my cart as well. Have mercy MM, I still need to install stuff from the previous sale :D
