I was addressing the current situation, your cart was from the day when the coupon was first issued wasn't it? I think the discount was applied then (so yes, open a Sales Support ticket if you haven't).
Planet Glise 2 is in today's Holiday Rewards sale Email (last item before the weekly Freebie), but is not shown on the Sale page, and the reward discount doesn't apply in cart...

OK, we checked and apparently the Loyalty Discount should be applying to the items in the coupon category (and now is). My apologies for misunderstanding the rules, if you were overcharged as a result please open a support ticket.
A product, Easier Pose Creation for Genesis 3 and 8 Females and Sakura 8, vanished from the Debut releases, and from the Store. It wasn't listed in the Sale email.
However, Planet Glise 2 still isn't included in the Debut Releases...

I used my coupon immediately I saw it (12:35 or so on Dec 25th UK time, i.e. about 05:35 in DAZ Land) and at that time the Loyalty Bonus was not working, which at the time I was content with, because the coupon text said nothing about it working. I picked up three items with a total cart price of $29.31, hence free with the coupon. However I'm now feeling disadvantaged as I could have picked up another item I wanted for free within the $30 (I didn't buy it because at only 30% PC+ member discount I was sure it would turn up in another sale soon enough).
Are you saying the Loyalty Bonus should have been applied? If so, is there some way I can explain in a ticket that I still want my three free items, but would also like the fourth item, for which I'd have had to pay 30 cents if the Loyalty Bonus had applied at the time (not full price less 69 cents which I would have actually had to pay at 12:35 on Dec 25th)?
Yes, it was fixed to work with the Loyalty Discount later in the day then - but I thought that aspect was a one day special. You should open a ticket, though I don't know exactly how this is being handled.

Is the coupon working for everyone now? It's telling me now that it's invalid. I haven't used it yet and I'm sure the items in my cart are from the correct category.
Yes, seems to be OK for me (just grabbing the first five items off the category page).
It worked for me. But I didn't have anything in the cart that wasn't part of the deal. Have you tried applying the coupon with only one item from the category in the cart? If it still comes up as invalid, then the system thinks you've already used your coupon and you should contact Customer Support. On the other hand, if it works with the one item, try adding the things you want one at a time and updating the cart. Maybe one item isn't from the category and is causing problems...? Of course, I can't test that, as I've already used my coupon.

Just echoing Richard's statement: If you used the coupon at a time when the loyalty discounts were not working then you should file a ticket.
I used my coupon when they first came out and before the items had any loyalty discount. When the loyalty discounts were put in place later that day I filed a ticket and it has been satisfactorily resolved. I am a very happy camper.

With past generations, stylized characters seemed like something apart from the base morphs and character mesh.
