  • Hmm, sad thing that there is no stacking, i.e. like with bestsellers from 15/16/17 and the PA back catalogs. Would have spent a fortune with that, so I'm more or less cherry-picking. Used my christmas coupon and was charged a little although the total for the coupon products had been below the coupon amount. Heck, we need a few customer-oriented glitches until the year is over ;-)

    Sometimes some PA items are excluded from their catalog sale. If you use the link from the sale page you can see that Pei doesn't show up: https://www.daz3d.com/rarestone#&filter_new=0&filter_platClub=0&filtered=1

    So it's likely she's purposefully excluded. You can put in a ticket about it though. :)

    Edit - Their sweater shaders aren't showing up and don't have the discount either. Both items are still labelled New - so it's likely that New items are excluded from the discount.

    Edit 2 - Oh I just realized you said loyalty 30% not the Featured Artist 40%. Is Pei listed as part of the sale as one of the top sellers? If so, she should be getting the loyalty discount. If not, then she wouldn't get it. Only the products featured in the sale should be getting the loyalty discount. If she's in one of the sale categories, then put in a ticket.

    That's because it just came out ...yesterday in fact. It still has it's introductory discount (30%) plus since it's currently in the holiday sale it's also getting the loyalty discount.

  • "new" items won't get discounts for store sales, but a new release can be part it's introductory discount, but still have the new status. You will see the new ribbon on the main product promo.

    @OZ-84, Pei is old enough to have lost the 30% intro pricing, (over two weeks,) but new enough to not qualify for most sales, (under 60 days old.) There is a symbol following the first line of the Featured Artists adcopy, shown below in red:

    Featured Artist Catalogs 40% OFF§

    And here is the disclaiimer at the bottom of the page that goes with that symbol:

    § Discount excludes new releases & PC+ Items

    If Pei was released during the Loyalty Rewards sale, she may get the intro pricing and qualify for the Loyalty Rewards again, if there is a catchup sale at the end of the sale. It seems likely, as there was a mid-month catchup. (Fingers crossed)

    Here is the thing for me about Sakura...

    That's not how DAZ math works. To save yourself the headache, just use the browser addon/plugin.

    The loyalty reward is supposed to work with anything that's featured in the holiday sale - so yes, it's supposed to work. I added a few items from that category to my cart and the loyalty reward is working for them. 

    I'm not sure why you'd think it would be silly if it worked for them. It wouldn't "make it free". That's not how Daz math works (in before a mod shows up screaming "it's how ALL SALES EVERYWHERE WORKS!)". lol

    Here's a quick visual on how the stacking discounts here work:    ( ( ( retail -30% ) -50% ) -30% ) = Price in Cart

    I turned in a ticket and it's been sitting there since Wednesday gathering answers such as they're busy. I guess this offer will expire before I have a chance to have my ticket answered... sad

    I'm all done now. All that's left in my wishlist is stuff that "might be useful, some day". And I've still got $70 in store credit.

    So, I'm not buying another thing! Until next year and the January PC coupons devil. Then comes Easter... and March Madness... Help?
