    WEB DESIGN MAJOR FAILURE (AGAIN) ALERT — the web design team didn't learn from the huge mistake they made last time (I think it was March Madness), the holiday sale page has a big unscrollable chunk for the sale section buttons, masking off the top third of my browser window. I thought we'd told them loudly enough not to do this again?

    Can we please have a mass trouble ticket from everyone, telling them to stop making low-usability sale pages?

    The freebie section on the sale page, the Holiday Freebie... is empty. Or is that just me?

    Not just you.  I thought it was probably something I already owned and logged out to check... still nothing.
    I'm sure they'll get it sorted out soon enough.

    Last year it ranged from 5% to 30%. (Applies to promotional sales only, not the whole store.)

    Picked up the freebie - but not seeing a download link in my library (no 'install types' listed on the sales page either).

     

    Seeing the same bothersome block at the top of the sales page - can we please have that collapsible?

    These two images (a clear sky and a sky with scattered clouds) are being offered under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/). Under this license you are free to share and adapt the included images in any way, including commercially, provided you include attribution to me as the author. (See the license.txt file for more details)

    I hope this is in error, since when does Daz license stuff under CC?

    the last one on the sale page, the "Owners of any Featured Genesis 8 Character above get these Featured Previous Generation Genesis Add-ons for 60% OFF" doesn't seem to be working correctly. I do own Olympia 8 who is in the "Featured Genesis 8 Characters", but when I put one of the last sale items in my cart, I don't get anywhere near 60% off the price. Can anyone else check this and see if it's just me misunderstanding the sale, or if it is borked?

    i think the freebie is a PA Christmas freebie, like last year, that kinda has nothing to do with daz, other than them putting it on the page for us. When I checked out with it, there was a link to go to download it as it is not downloaded the normal way.....and then I closed the tab and lost it. LOL

    But they're putting it on their main sale page, not the forum.

    I would have assumed it was licensed under Daz. This is not cool. I wouldn't have seen that except that I was looking for a way to download it.

    Yeah, I'm getting this too. Only my loyalty reward discount is being calculated, not the 60% for owning one of the featured G8 characters.

    Well, it's not a real freebie when you have to attribute the artist if you use it. The freebie shows up in my purchase history and in the Daz official store, which would make anyone think that it falls under Daz licensing. I'm going to request that Daz takes it off my account.

    I followed the link to the order page and clicked the blue manual download button. It took me to my Product list entry for the item. But no way to download.

    For any other issues, please make sure 1) you wait till at least 1/2 hour after midnight, 2) relog, 3) refresh, thanks.

    i think it's about 1.30am in dazland right now, so it's after midnight. Were you able to recreate the last sale items not giving the correct discount if we own one of the G8 featured characters? That's the only thing not working in the sale.

    I found that it worked without a new release in the cart, but once a new release was added, the 60% off from the last sale items disappeared.

    I was missing only 2 items that I wanted out of the V7 Pro bundle.  But, it was cheap enough with my discount to go ahead and get it.
