    It depends on what clothes you want to convert and what figure you want to use them on. I haven't used Crossdresser in years, but it is very useful for an autofit type utility for Poser base figures, older DAZ figures, and more obscure third party figures. If you have a lot of clothing for those figures, or want to fit clothing to those figures, it may be worth buying now. If you just have DAZ generation 3 and later clothing items that you want to use on Genesis 3 or 8, then it probably isn't worth buying.

    I am not sure if Crossdresser works with Genesis. If not, you could probably convert clothes to M4 or V4 then convert those clothes using autofit or Wear Them All.

    That is correct: You only need the license for the figure you are converting to. It is not a question of one program being better than the other. Cross Dresser and Wear them All  will compliment each other. You could use Cross Dresser to convert the clothing to V4 or M4 and the use Wear them All to fit it to your Genesis figures.

    a lot of the free stuff is a part of bundles, i've noticed. it sort of takes away then from when you think about buying a bundle .... so much to think about all the time.

    On the other hand, some of them are full bundles. At least one of them was in the last batch. (I think it was the last batch, it's getting hard to follow. :))

    Wow, missed so much! I think I last I checked in Wednesday, it never occurred to me they'd have freebies! I just caught one Genesis $1.99 hair that I already had the V4 version of. Looks like I missed a ton of great freebies!

    Agreed. I would rather they put the whole bundle up than just one or two items. Either that or just put only things not included in bundles. I usually buy bundles because they tend to be a better deal. Oh well.

    Ok... Even though my heart shrunk 3 sizes the last sale around... 

    This one has been pretty good. 

    My biggest problem at this point is that I've lost control of my content library. It'll take me months to figure out what I have and where it is. Those Poser only library content items are murder to get all categorized and converted to my G1, 2 and 3 figures...

    I hope the M4 and V4 are staying on sale all weekend, I have a bunch of stuff in my cart but I'm not ready to pull the trigger yet, need to whittle things down. Anyone have a clue if these sales categories are going to stay the same tonight or do you think they wiill change?

    Yesterday's changed, even though the freebies weekend was going on - so chances are that it will change tonight as well (probably in about an hour from now). That's just my best guess though, considering that last night changed. But it's Daz, so you never really know for sure. lol

    I cannot lie, If this came out TODAY and it was exclusive to Genesis 8, I'd be ranting about it NOT being Genesis 3 and saying how I wanted it...

    This looks as good as any armor - I also thought $8.99 was too much, but that's about age and not quality. We'll see if the boots fit and if the material needs to be re-shaded.

    With Daz maths, these 20% and 10% aint really a big price drop. 1 to 2 $ when the item has jumped in price $8. So I'm going to add $10 bucks to my order to save 40 cents on 6 older items?

    I couldn't agree more - and what you said for the Burrogen items, goes just as much for the clown stuff, which at around $60 for the whole set goes straight to wishlist.

    Yeah, DAZ has been raising prices on everything in the store, it seems.
    Used to be I would wait to buy until the price was 50% off. Then it was 60%, now I generally don't buy unless the discount is 70%.
    But even at 70%, I have to think about it.
    And it's becoming easier to let the glitches convince me to just dump the entire cart.
    The store just isn't as much fun anymore.
    And I really don't have time to sort through the convoluted sale pricing. I'm enjoying life too much to spend it here.

    I really don't want to hear anyone say that they have to raise prices because the cost of living is going up.
    It's going up for all of us, but our incomes aren't.
    Go ahead, price the latest skimpwear at a million dollars. Don't worry about volume, you'll only have to sell one and you're set.

    Regardless of price. I would have bought that clown if it was for G3M. But I can't justify it any price when its only for G8.Same for the clown outfit. If that clown outfit was for G3M, I would have bought it for Mr Happy Dead Walker, and I could of used autofit.  But its too much work to get there. Too much time and effor to convert poses, clothing, mats, etc. My line in the sand is G3M G3F. Its too much to manage a library with v4 m4 G1 G2 G3. Can't keep going forward, it just takes the fun out of a hobby to just spend time always converting things.
