Pull it into photoshop and make liberal use of heal brush, maybe.

The beardless/stubbleless options offered with DAZ Store products are likely as good as you will get as far as that goes without spending an excruciating amount of time pixel editing.

You should look at some of the Fred Winkler male characters, the Guy 7 Pro Bundle, and Kenji 7 Pro Bundle if you are looking for different good mostly stubble free options to name three that come to mind.

When I really want a smooth skinned guy, I often use female skins (though some male skins are fairly youthful/smooth)

    lol.  shaving kit always handy.

    smudge tool makes awful mess.

tempted by the new Toby.  reminds me of smallville

Yeah, check out Fred Winkler's store, I've never seen (well, noticed) him make a male character that didn't include a nicely shaved option.

Not smudge, heal brush. Better than smudge (though not perfect)

Actually, I've had pretty good luck simply lifting sections of another character's texture set in Photoshop and color matching/blending it in to cover up parts of a texture that I don't like.  That's been to replace things like baked in body hair and eyebrows but my most recent application replaced a female character's entire lower torso starting just below the navel and stopping just south of the buttocks.  As long as you're not crossing over seams and the skin pattern on the borrowed section is reasonably close, it works surprisingly well, especially if you're using NGS Anagenesis 2, which uses the diffuse maps rather than the bump maps to generate most of the added skin textures and helps blend everything together.
