    The same thing happened to me. Purchase went through but the products weren't in DIM. I closed DIM, opened it again and they were there and downloaded. So it might just need a re-fresh until everything gets un-kinked.

    My problem is a little different. The purchased products show up in Ready to Download in DIM, but when I click to Start Queue, the downloads all fail.

    Has any progress been made on this? I completed an order about a half hour ago and the products did not show up in DIM. I am hestiant to purchase more until the situation is resolved.
