    I think Ati means that if you are buying a GC for $101 or more, it's cheaper to add a PC+ item and get 16% off than just throw in the GC and get only 12% off.

    e.g. $101 GC on its own = $88.88

    $101 GC plus $2.09 PC+ texture set (if you haven't aleady bought them all) = $2.09 + $84.84 = $86.93 saving you $1.95 and getting a "free" texture set.

    Ah, okay, got it.  My brain wasn't working.  :)

    Maybe; but probably not for another couple of weeks. Might be a new character or even a new generation coming too.

    At any rate I stocked up with a $200 card and with a $2 PC item It came to $170 total or about 15% off. Once in awhile I've seen better discounts but 15% off a gift card is still pretty good.

    I'm hesitant to pre-invest in March Madness. The last encrypted-only items seemed to be quite successful, so DAZ could lace these sales with DRM items as qualifiers for discounts.

    Well, if you do preinvest and they do that you will, at least, still have the credit you can use later on.

    This is what is making me hesitate; I got some cash back from a claim (PPI), so I'm in the happy position of having some extra cash available.

    DRM items would make me regret purchasing a giftcard. I have enough credit tbh, so will just think about it for the rest of the evening.

    I rarely know how much I am going to spend, from $5 to several hundred, it depends. last years MM, didn't do much for me and it gets old trying to figure out DAZ math at times. It's hard to wrap my brain around/justify spending $100 when 16% isn't that big of a discount. I can see that 16% off on top of future sale purchases can be a good thing, but it's in the future and I still had to spend $100 now, LOL

    You are right but I find if I have balance here I spend it on things I just like rather than things I will get lots of use from so it goes very quickly as I like a lot of things (the bigger the card the faster I spend)  so I admire all of you that have the willpower to use a GC to your advantage :)

    I'm loving Fast Grab, so I got the gift card then using it for those. Good stuff in there and now it changes daily.

    Don't think the discount is stacking properly on today's sale. Looks like 65% instead of 70%.

    @scorpio The 70% discount is what you get when you multiply a 40% discount and a 50% discount.  And I'm not seeing the cart work out that way either.

    I love it when I hold off pushing the button, and the items I was considering (that I had to buy a new item to qualify for a few days ago) are on sale without today; and may even be slightly cheaper too.

    As PC+, I got 72%-78% off for most of the DO sale.  The Elverado Outfit came in at 84% off - I'm not sure why.  Used a PC+ item as the trigger.  Then used my DO coupon on the lot.

    Oh man. I'm not sure whether or not I want to get TerraDome 3 or Decimator. I wanna try to stick to plugins, since I think I've got more than enough clothes, poses, and props at this point, lmao.

    I mean, Decimator would be nice to help get more characters into scenes without making my computer rebel, but OTOH, TD3 is no slouch. Only disadvantage is that I'm not doing anything that would require outdoors-y scenes. Hmmmgh.

    If you are interested in buying a fair few of the legacy M4/V4 DO products, I would recommend adding a new release from "A little flirting will get you" promotion to see prices fall somewhat further.

    I had the same problem. With the mass DO give aways over Christmas, plus PC+ and other sales my DO wishlist has become surprisingly small of late, the ones still there are for newer products. Still when the discount is 98% items that were deemed unneeded, suddenly become more desirable!
