It looks like DAZ has limited the stacking from the fantasy bundle sale mid sale. DA and First Bastion items that were $32 are now almost $46. Fortunately I got my order in before the price change. However, stacking with OOT and other hair sale artists seems to still be working.
I decided to pull the trigger; been waiting for NGS2 and it will get cheaper, but over60% off with voucher, which i frequently don't use, so that's a plus. I figured the extra functionality now, was worth a couple of dollars more. :)
which is the sale stacking with OOT? is it one from the hair sale, and one from today's flash sale?
Yes the OOT items that are in the "featured items' section of the hair sale stack with the OOT store in the flash sale.
Yes, that's the two you need. Pick up a new item from Hair Today promo page, go to the list of items with the Hair Today discount (not the associated PA sale), and you should find that it's all OOT items that stack with the other sale. Good luck!
Thanks Odaa and Charlie!
There's nothing I really want in the Hair Today sale tho, so I'm not sure I'll be doing it.
And, apparently stacking no more! I went to check out and the stacking discounts were gone for the OOT items. :(
They are still working for me; but only the OOT items in the featured items section of the Hair Today sale stack and you also need a new release from the Hair Today sale
It's been about two months since I bought something here but I finally bought something tonight.
I've been wanting the N.G.S. Anagenessis since it's release, so when I saw that I could score it for that price I had to jump on it. :)
I'm so excited to try it out! I hope it's as good as it looks! :)
I'm really curious about it too. I've seen some brilliant results by the vendor in his promos, but I'm unsure whether it'd be one of those products that I'm just too dumpkopf to work out. I"m hesitant to pull the plug on the cart with it, cos I truly don't know if I'd be able to work it out.
I just did a super quick test render with it - and I really like it! :) Here's a render of Andie "out of the box" (the first one), then Andie with the NGS Anagenessis shader (the second one):
I like it, it's SUPER fast too. Not only is it super easy (just click on the character then click on the script icon), but it's super fast too. It takes like 3 seconds (one second to click the button and three seconds for the script to run). It also rendered faster then the first one.
I think the lighting here was much too bright though and drowned out some of the skin details, so I'm going to run a few more tests, but I'm really liking it so far! This is a G3F character but I have a feeling it will make an even bigger difference on older characters.
crap, got about three minutes to push the buy button, and I still can't decide.
If you can't decide then perhaps wait? On the other hand, you can always return it though. If you chose not to get it, don't sweat it. As they say, there is always another sale. lol It might even be cheaper later. Who knows. :)
I pushed the button.
LOL. Used my pa coupon on it. I'll blame you if it confuses me. Heh heh.
OMG. A new male figure. I REALLY am going to blame you now Diva!!!!! I have no money! *laughs*
hahah I think you'll like it. It really is quite nice, IMO. The skin looks great with it! :)
If you don't like it though you can always return it and get your money back. The customer service people are super nice, in my experience, and I've had no issues when I've decided to return something. :)
You're in luck! You've another 24 hours to make up your mind...

I have N.G.S. Anagenessis 2 and I really like it. There are some great tips in the commercial thread for it, as well as a freebie for manually applying to other things besides Genesis versions of figures. The more you use it, the more comfortable you get with tweaking settings, especially for non-humanoid objects.
yeah i've had no problems returning stuff before. But GAH....less than one minute after I buy it, I spot Elijah!!!!!!!! *sigh*
LMAO! I saw the banner it had been extended for another day and just started to cry. LOL. Although if I hadn't bought it, I would definitely have picked up some of the Elijah stuff instead. Luckily, Elijah is a DO so I'll get on sale at some stage, I guess.
Thanks for the link to the thread - I had been looking for it earlier but my search-fu is sadly lacking.
dang, just spent $70 both here and at Rendo combined and i see your post.
I agree the N.G.S. Anagenessis product promos look gtood, but I don't want to like this type of product as i don't like procedural shaders and this seems to be the point of this product. Guess I could try it and return it if i don't like it.
Worked for me this morning

404 NOT FOUND ...
And you might check your orange messages if you bought a G3M character before
http://www.daz3d.com/notifier/inbox/offers/
He isn't 404ing for me.
I now have a 50% offer - is that standard or do some people still see the 90+% or whatever thing they were getting?
Yes - it's up again - at full price ...
I have a 20% offer - it obviously depends again on how many G3M characters (Daz3d Originals presumably) you bought.
I'm getting an extra 20%, and combined that is giving me 51%... so right now the pro bundle is $52.91 in the cart (for a total of 61% total discount. Go figure...)
Which is a great price for a pro-bundle of a newly released character - but still about $35 more than I'm willing to pay for a pro-bundle at this point.
I've got lots of other base characters, lots of skin maps, and lots of morph dials, plus Gen-X2 and a bunch of UV sets. At some point, you've got all the legos you'll ever need to build anything you might ever want, and you're just buying that full sized 3,000,000 piece Millenium Falcon Technics edition to justify your hording instinct, no matter how cheap it is. :)
Light sets, shaders, morph packages, UV setsm other cross-generation transfer utilities - that is where my interest is strongest right now. Cayman Studios is the artist I am most interest in.
I find it really strange I only have 20% off of Elijah, despite the fact I own three Genesis 3 Male characters. Granted, I only bought two of the Pro Bundles and a base figure for one.
Are they only counting Pro Bundles for this discount? If they are, tbbh it's pretty shifty that they wouldn't say "As a thanks for owning a G3M Pro Bundle blah blah" outright and instead say a generic "For your support of G3M blah blah". If you're gonna say that, then include all the packs (base, starter, and pro). Otherwise that's misleading advertising. :/
I've been sick and trying to be good. Not today! Got the 70% off Elijah banner. Yee haw! Shopping time! Haven't explored the flash sale thingie yet.
I don't have any pro bundles - it looks like it counts if you buy the base character ... I don't ask how many characters people with a 50% offer bought, but probably a lot more than three ...
I own 5 G3M base characters, and I got 50% off, so it looks like it is 10% per character, like Ryan was, although I think with Ryan the female characters also counted towards the discount.
If you can bring yourself to snag something from the Mars sale (the action poses in my case, since those are always marginally useful and it was the cheapest thing there), plus the Elijah Pro bundle, you can get some really ridiculous prices on FWSA products, especially the ones that Fisty& Darc are also involved in.* The Liam bundle, Camile, Sushmita and Konstantin were all around $3-$3.50 for me, and the Monika bundle was like $4.19.
Breaking the different bundles in my cart into their components and counting the NeoIndia outfit as two outfits (since it's for both G2F and G3F), stuff averaged out to $5.59 an item. I went ahead and pulled the trigger.
Truly an epic game of shopping cart jenga.
*these are currently part of the "build your flash sale" promo.
Ooh, thanks for the tip! Those action poses are perfect for what I'm doing right now, actually. Will check it out.
