On the night before christmas Baxter went to the house to see what santa had for him and his pals.
Santa seeing baxter sitting patient and calm winked at the tiny animal and extended his arm.
In santa's hand was the most colorful, beautiful thing Baxter had ever saw.
Baxter thanked Santa and ran to the barn,,
On this night he could come to no harm.
He spotted the hawk and it winged him hello.
He spyed the eagle that saw him below
He breezed past the wolf that yiped with surprise
He passed safely by all who would cause him demise

So gather 'round children, come one and come all, from youngest to oldest, from shortest to tall,
And all give a listen, and please pass the hat, as I tell you the story of Old Santa Cat.
We know about Santa who comes Christmas Eve, who drops off his presents and suddenly leaves,
But did you know this? He's got him a cat? I'd say that you didn't, I'm betting on that!
He comes a bit later, his own bag and sleigh, and not going to leave you some old litter tray,
He brings kitty crunchies, some yarn balls and toys, and don't give a hoot for no good girls and boys.
He's here for your kitties, it's their time to play, so all of you doggies stay out of the way!
It's chicken and tuna and milk like a flood! Then out comes the catnip, the usual drug...
When all bellies are full and everything's right, that cat will just leave, he want's out for the night!
Then it's off like a flash, on to the next house, to give out more presents and maybe a mouse,
But there's no sense in cryin' or thrownin' a fit, he's comin' next Christmas, and that ain't no ****!

The Cat Food Boxes were made by me by texturing a simple box with Internet-found images. The fireplace is a 3DS file that was converted using PoserRay, available Through This Link Converts Lightwave and 3DS files into easy to use .OBJ format files. Free and easy to use.

As always, set-up in Studio 2.3 and final render in Bryce 7. No postwork save adding signature and copyright date.

very nice take on the theme Lord Ganthor. link 1 doesn't seem to work but all the others do, there are alot that go to rendo but that's ok. you have enough to qualify

That's funny...I checked it when I did my preview post and it seemed to work fine. Maybe they're down at the moment. For an alternate link that seems to work (at the moment) go to the second link for the outfit and scroll down a bit to the second blue highlighted link. This will lead over to sanzi's blog where a link for the figure is about halfway down. It's a cute figure and well worth downloading if you're into that sort of thing. I'm not myself, but when I saw the Santa outfit I knew that I had to do something with it...

Two figures with hair and UberEnvrionment? This must be a Christmas miracle. I could nitpick over getting the colors wrong on Belle's dress but with freebies I'd go crazy trying to hit that level of accuracy. May try to re-render at a higher quality.

great take on the theme ZamuelNow, all links checked and good, you had alot of links from the same places like sharcg and rendo, but that is ok, you have plenty of freebies.

We excluded Rendo & ShareCG from this because they host freebies from many creators. What we try to limit is too many freebies from the same creator (i.e. Ness Reproductions or most-Digital-Creations or Evil Innocence). As long as the freebies are from different creators; the entries are OK.
