Buffy in 2046
Well into her sixties and Buffy is still equipped to handle the vamps.
Also used the growing up morphs to shrink Buffy
I have got to remember to add this deadline to my calender.
Renewal of Vows
A Portrait of a Grandma
@ Barbult, thank you and here you go.....
Title: Hawaiian Man no paint
Title: Elderly Ball Joints
Generations
Both figures are Jolina, but one with the aging morphs applied
Title: Grandma Williams
Title:
Red Mother
The Family.
Featuring that "Lovable old fraud", Uncle Marvel. "Tut Tut, my dear! Everybody has an unknown uncle, from California!"
Title - Pulp Hero
Finally taking the time to seriously learn Iray and what can be done with it, and the latest experiment evolved into this riff on classic mystery men heroes like the Shadow, The Spider and Chandu. I am so in love with this new set of aging morphs, as I'm finally able to get all the gritty character I've wanted and still get subltler expressions than with the previous DAZ generations.
So many great renders in this thread!
It's really inspiring. Thank you, all!
Yep, it tells the story I don't want her anywhere near my food, LOL.
Title: Morning Walk
I used Opal for Genesis 3 skin on both the male and the female with some slight surface adjustments to make each look more unique. Both figures are dial spun. Aging morphs on both figures. Rendered in Iray. Post in GIMP.
Title: Endless Summer
I was making this character as a supporting character for a different render and suddenly she demanded to be the star instead.
Title: Big Tony
Everyone on the Big Island knows you don't mess with Big Tony. On the other hand, I keep messing with the poor G3M mesh. Just to see how far I could push it, I GenXed in a bit of the Genesis 1 monster characters Abomination and Mr. Hyde, as well as the Hiro 5 character Takeo, then tossed on a G2M texture and the Aging Morphs. I ended up having to do a little spotwork on the neck, but other than that it held up surprisingly well.
Title: Good Deeds
It's nice to know that the younger generation is still willing to take the time to help an elderly woman when the situation arises - helping to cross the street, carrying groceries, raking their lawn... or even, insisting on carrying her surfboard into the water & offering to lather her up with sunscreen... all selfless acts worthy of recognition. In some cases the girlfriends aren't too thrilled... especially when their bikinis match!
Combination of Jolina with a bit of Opal, Opal skin & ZEV0 Aging morphs for fine details - crows feet, cellulite, stretch marks, laugh lines, subtle portions of flab & sagging - I picked up the ZEV0 G3F Aging bundle immediately upon release. Realism can be very beautiful - wrinkles & all...
Forgive the similarities to the "Endless Summer" entry (very well done BTW)... I started this soon after the contest notice then my motherboard crashed! After several weeks of downtime (and an upgraded mobo, CPU & 64GB RAM) I was able to use my scene files without a hitch.
On a side note: We were at the beach a few weeks ago & my wife (half) jokingly asked if I was checking out the 20-something woman in the yellow bikini straight ahead of me - I told her NO & that I was checking out the late 50-ish woman in a black bikini 10 feet behind her - a lovely woman with natural imperfections - pleasantly plump, some wrinkles, a soft tummy, etc. but still attractive & endearing - and not hung up trying to compete with the barbie-doll types. As for my wife, I find her more beautiful than I did when we met 23 years ago... Women of all ages are beautiful - that's why these aging morphs are a fantastic addition to my runtime.
Here's my new man Graeme - this is the basic mugshot: I spent so much on morphs and environments I couldn't afford any clothes
His skin texture is George, but for the rest he's a basic G3M with an assortment of morphs dialled in plus (of course) quite a few of the Aging Morphs applied.
Here he is on holiday: Graeme's Solitude
Title: DIAGNOSIS
Aging morphs and Vascularity. Minor retouch to fix poke through, but otherwise this is a render straight out of DS.
Title: Grandma used to be SOMEBODY!
Alternate title: Ontem, quando eu era jovem
Featuring the lovely Kiki for Kalea 7 both with Aging Morphs and without; SS Lainee for Kalea 7 and Sunny 7 with Growing Up Morphs
Title: It Was Love At First Probe
It was time for a silly render.
Title: Old Man Argues with Tree.
They've been freinds since childhood. Occasionally, they have spirited debates.
I have a question. Can all entries be in one post or do I have to make separate posts for each image?
The reason I ask, is because so far I've made 8 images and I'd like to enter them all
It's really up to Zev, but given that each image is supposed to have a title, cramming 8 images into a single post has the potential to become awfully confusing. Plus, the more individual postings that a thread has, the more likely it is to attract outside interest, and the purpose of the contest is to make people more interested in the Aging Morphs. With that in mind, posting an image or so at a time over several days will keep the thread at the top of the forum a lot more than a single post of eight images all at once.
Title: A Shaven Wizard
Title: Crone with Crocus
Good point. I'll just post one each day, starting with this.
Title: Goofy Grandpa
