Now now.. you can't get saying stuff like that and not providing links..  =P =)

Lol okay https://www.facebook.com/SilverRiverJewelryandGlass/?ref=aymt_homepage_panel ; this is my wall for beads.  I don't usually sell from the wall, I sell on closed groups in facebook (kinda like ebay without the fees and far better managed by the mods who run the pages).  I make fairly simple beads, there are people out there who do this for a living that make miniture  works of art.  I have a day job and I never torch when I am tired so I can only torch on my days off.  So once a week, twice if I am really lucky and have nothing to do with family etc.

    Oh wow.. you're really good!

Wow, really good is a small understament in my humble opinion. The beads are exquisite. Thanks for the link. Ya know, I'm a beader/jewlery maker in my (non existant) spare time.

I'd say really good, too.  I use beads for my stitch markers, but would never think to make the beads.  I have enough other things to do that I can't start making my own beads.  And, to be honest, I can barely use a torch for creme broule so not going to start a hobby where I have to sit down in front of a live flame. blush  I do enjoy buying them, though, from those of you who make them and I saw a few nice ones on your page.  I'll have to keep an eye out for your next sale.

I am a big fan of Jepe's work. Whenever I post something I've done using his products, I always tag him and happy to see when he adds something I did to his favorites.

Conversely, there is a vendor who was rude and condesnding to me in the forums and I don't buy his products.

There is one like that for me too; something venders should consider. That coupled with ignoring my posts when I requested futher renders.

I now never miss an opportunity to mention this aspect when others ask advice.

Thankfully there are lots of examples of great vendors, here and other sites.

SimTenero, is a new vendor, and I was dubious at first but he(she?) found about the thread and has been active and helpful, including adding features and fixing a bug. A positive action and something that is likely to make me consider whatever they next produce. (Incidentally it's a great product, and lots of fun. wink)

(Being a new vendor, does Daz make any suggestions on what one should do? It might be a good idea if not, as I imagine the pressure and excitement can allow one to forget what one appreciates from others when being a customer.)

Thank you for the kind words, nicstt! (Sorry, I'm seeing this late, I'm still trying to get better about staying current with the forums, just have to get into a good groove :-)).   Daz is actually very helpful in this regard.  Someone in their customer service department very generously reached out to me to let me know there were users in the forums who needed an assist.  She was also proactive in asking questions about the product so she could better answer quesitons she was getting through support tickets.  I've been impressed with both Daz and the Daz community, very positive experience so far!
