Morphs not morphing?

Wondered if any of you have come across this issue and found a fix.

Lately, I've had a reoccurring issue in both Daz 4.24 and Daz 6. I'll apply face morphs to a figure, then save or render. But either during the saving process or rendering, the morphs will get distorted, appear to be dialed too high, etc. I wondered if perhaps some morph asset packs are interfering with others. This issue is happening with everything I try to render.

I've also noticed some of the standard morph dials won't work at all. For example, the Mouth Closed morph. This appears to be happening to at least G8.1 and G9 figures. I've not tested G8.

Most morphs seem to let me adjust the dials, but the immediate change isn't as pronounced as what I see after saving/rendering. I can sometimes apply a custom preset I've previously saved to undo the weird morphs but not always.

What's the best way to troubleshoot this? I need to resolve this ASAP because I need these renders for work.

See attached pics: note that in the fully rendered version, her nose ended up flattening out along the bridge, there is a strange indent in the tip of her nose, and her cheeks flattened out/changed shape.

It is hard to compare the 2 images when the lightning is different (and rotated), which could be from your phone or monitor.

When taking pictures it is better to use the snipping tool.

I tried to compare the 2 images side by side, especially around the nose, and I must admit, I can't see the difference.

In windows, press and hold the windows key (found between leftside alt and leftside ctrl), then press shift S. The snipping tool pops up. The screen is frozen by Windows You rubber band select part of you screen and it let go. The area selected is copied to the clipboard. Open (switch to) your image editor and do a paste as new.
