  @z_stefani, I do hope the hole left by the loss of your friend reduces. It'll never completely go, because because he'll always be part of you, but maybe the immediacy will reduce. My dear avatar Albert was a character, and that's what makes our pets special. We have time to get to know and love them as individuals. All the best, Richard.
