  Moved to Art Studio as that is the correct place for such requests.

  Bear in mind that a custom model to which you have exclusive usage rights is likely to have a fee commesurate with the income the maker could have earned selling the product to multiple users in the store. If you don't require exclusive use then that may be reduced, but it is still asking the PA to run a risk so it is likely to be considerably more expensive than buying something from the store.
