Having House Cat, and not really needing a lot of cat assets, I can't imagine buying Zeus.
That said, these look great. Everytime I try to pose animals, it isn't great. Probably because I've never been a pet owner so I have limited references for how they move. I can barely take care of myself some days. :) :)
I will download them when I get onto my PC
I got another kitty yesterday
he's very timid
and my Lucy is not fond of him and hisses at and frightens him too
I had him in the spare room for 24 hours with the door only opened a crack so they could see each other
finally gave him a good patting while feeding him
his 10 years old like Lucy, his name is Mac
I have fully opened the door finally now because Lucy is asleep hoping he might explore a bit
she is little, only has one tooth so couldn't really hurt him, is all hiss no danger but he doesn't know that
if she wakes up I will shut the door again but she sleeps a lot
I follow a lot of cat facebook groups and many are looking to rehome cats
this lady got lambasted by people for wanting to rehome her 10yo cat due to a breakup and not being able to keep him
nobody was offering to help and shelters are full
she seems very concerned for him, I did not ask for details on the circumstances as not my business but I felt like she really didn't want to lose him
taking to a shelter would be a death sentence
Lucy has been lonely after losing 2 companions so I hope they get along eventually but know it cannot be rushed
I watch Jackson Galaxy on YouTube
he's locked in again because of course getting on the computer Lucy woke and lap trapped me, I cannot get up and open the door without delapping her so she would see
it's too soon, need to be sniffing through the crack without hissing before meeting unobstructed
I have Daz House Cat and am now saving up to get Zeus. The more cat poses the better I really enjoy the cat models
This is adorable, fantastic work!
I do apologise, Barbult was kind enough to point out that I had added a spurious space in the 'ChestnutP' directory name in the most recent 3 zip files. The zip files have been updated, but everything will work even with it.

Richard
Pose Zone for animals?
Pose Zoo?
There's probably no reason why powerpose doesn't work on the various animals except no one hooked them up.
BJ Pose Zone does work. I was able to mirror a Daz Crow pose just fine.
I was really surprised, but heirarchical poses can be mirrored by selecting the top level character and then doing a recursive 'Swap Left & Right' on starting at the root node. Then both the character & the cat (if parented to the character's root node) get mirrored. I was completely amazed when this worked - I had tried it in hope rather than expectation. I believe it relies on the creature having a naming convention similar to the ones DAZ use for human characters where the right side is identified by 'r' or 'right' and similarly for left.

Richard
Nice poses, thank you! By the way your heirarchical pose sets on the previous page no longer have the zip files attached. I downloaded them from Renderosity instead so no big deal, but it looks like the zips got removed from your previous posts for some reason. Only the first two sets are still linked.
They should be there now. This sort of thing just makes you want to scream. They were there. Hopefully they'll still be there now & tomorrow.

Richard
Can I offer five more poses and mirrors with Cat Zeus on his own. Four are with him standing on his hind legs, and a fourth where he's swearing at the world. This latter pose is based on my avatar cat Albert, and what he did when it rained - he sat on the lawn, hunched over, swearing at the world. One thing he didn't do was to get under cover. Idiot cat.. the standing poses are all quite common with our current cats.
Hope they're useful.

Richard
