Alessandro_AM Wolf 2.0 won't morph

I recently purchased Alessandro_AM's Wolf Wolf 2.0 for Poser by AM for $28.95 and installed it properly into my Poser library. However when I select the Wolf 2.0 character for it to generate into my scene the fur becomes disjounted from the character and the base character is pink. How do I fix this because I'm unable to contact the vendor.

    To get support then official way you need to open a ticket, though I think in this case the answer will be that the model uses Poser featues that Daz Studio does not support and/or cannot convert. You would probably do better to return it and get the Daz Studio version https://www.daz3d.com/wolf-2-0-by-am, though the need for Look at My Hair means you will need that and also need to at least set the scene up in DS 4 rather than DS 6.
