Alessandro_AM Wolf 2.0 won't morph

I recently purchased Alessandro_AM's Wolf Wolf 2.0 for Poser by AM for $28.95 and installed it properly into my Poser library. However when I select the Wolf 2.0 character for it to generate into my scene the fur becomes disjounted from the character and the base character is pink. How do I fix this because I'm unable to contact the vendor.

    To get support then official way you need to open a ticket, though I think in this case the answer will be that the model uses Poser featues that Daz Studio does not support and/or cannot convert. You would probably do better to return it and get the Daz Studio version https://www.daz3d.com/wolf-2-0-by-am, though the need for Look at My Hair means you will need that and also need to at least set the scene up in DS 4 rather than DS 6.

    So what your saying is, the Wolf 2.0 for Poser version that I bought for $28 on the Daz merchandice website doesn't work with Poser and that I can either buy the new one for sale at $5.79 at https://www.daz3d.com/wolf-2-0-for-poser-by-am, or download Daz3d modeling software, DS6, and convert everything to Daz so that I can use the wolf, or open a ticket to try and get my money back.
