  Did you install PostgreSQL? It is a separate installer from Daz Studio.

  That is not logging in to Daz, it is commuinicating locally with the PostgreSQL database engine that is used by the Content Management System. If you are also having log-in issues then please describe those too.

  See if changing the port for postgreSQL under setting works before you try anything else, especially the one suggested in the Help Centre which is the nuclear option
