As far as I can see it looks like the extra percentage is already applying in the cart. The code is not valid for me either, but the prices look as if it applied.
FYI - although the Outlet selection seems to have changed over when I look at my WL (going by pricing and its willingness to discount in the cart), the new month's are not showing up via the OS link, and the old month's items are still listed there.
I believe the issues are resolved now.

Logged into a new browser, pulled up the shop page, clicked on Outlet Store, checked "WL only"
Still seeing last month's selection. Some are OS pricing, some are not.
None of the new entries (as seen going directly through my WL) are showing up.

Now the 2026-KICK-OFF coupon isn't automatically applied. I assume that's an improvement of sorts. The kick off coupon is superior to the 30 for 30 coupon for FENG making that less useful overall.
Is it possible to ask Daz to put Quickgrab at the top of the discount priority list?
Currently, Outlet has a higher priority than Quick Grab so if an item is part of both, with a different price (not sure if it's a hard rule, but an item will usually have a lower price when part of the Quick Grab selection compared to when it is part of the Outlet selection), instead of having one week to take advantage of the Quick Grab price, it's replaced by the Outlet price.

Yesterday, it was only in the Quick Grab selection, and was sold for $0.99, now that it's apparently part of the new Outlet selection, it's 1.99.

It's name, description renders are saying it's for G3F, but the required product listed is G2F.

It's for G3F. I bought it when it was sold over at Renderosity.
So I think coupons and tokens aren't working right when an item is below $20.
Added that new warrior queen outfit to my cart and applied 8 tokens and my $10 premier coupon, but it removed the tokens and wouldn't let me reapply them at all. Thought maybe it was because it was a new item so I added an old gen 3 item instead, but same issue. Then I tried adding items above $20 and those work. Tried by combining items and that works, but only if the total is over $20. Anything under and tokens can't be applied.
Just to flag this to mods: while OS seems to have technically refreshed, with old items going back to normal prices, and new items getting OS prices (with probably some overlapping, but I didn't check that closely), but the new items did not populate in the OS. They are visible in the wishlist (sorting from low to high) and in the main store page, but OS itself still has items that cycled out of it at the regular prices.
Yes, we have reported this. It's odd as the items without Outlet prices seem to have the Outlet logo, at least in some cases.
If the cart is free then the tokens are removed, so they aren't wasted, even in cases like this where theya re what is making the cart free. I think it happens with offers that remove a fixed dollar amount from the cart total. you could try adjusting the cart, or the number of tokens used, so that it had a very small final cost.

There are still a lot of items in OS with non-OS prices. Many seem to be just added (like most/all of the core characters & HD add-ons), but some items were either in August OS or last week's QG.
This happened last month too and I hope Daz comes up with a better solution than totally replacing the selection. In August I lost out on several items because they didn't settle to the.OS pricing then were removed days later as part of the fix
