  I have not seen a model of the Whitehouse. However, depending on your story's latitude and sense of humour, it might be possible to use a house that is white - like an ancient Rendo freebie here: House that is white (or a better house that is white from another PA). In a similar situation, looking for a model of the Palace of Westminster, and having a story that could stand it, I might try to have a model of a pub to the west of a church (minster) next to a stream - and why a pub? Well, Parliament is supposed to be very boozy. Regards, Richard.

  I know I had one, might have been Sketchup

  but I can only find 2 saved Carrara scenes of it which doesn't help

  Thanks for the links!  I ended up getting this one https://www.cgtrader.com/3d-models/exterior/landmark/the-white-house-complex-washington-landmark as it's a bit cheaper.  Still could be soemthing fun to have at the Daz store though if someone made an actual environment as I need to kitbash the outside lawn, plants etc. and...it's going to be many hours of work.

  Just remember, any existing models are now 'historical' and shouldn't be used to reflect the current White House after January 21 2025 when extensive 'changes' were started/made in it and the grounds by the current occupant. For example, the East Wing was destroyed, the Rose Garden is concrete, an over-large flag pole was added, a helo pad has been added to one of the lawns.
