There's a very similar one as a free model over at Sketchfab - search for "Electro Voice microphone" - its in fbx format. its on a short stand, though, but that could probably be easily modded..
Four of that type at CGTrader, but none of the were exactly that one.

I found the sale for items at $2.99 today had a part of a bundle with a microphone that is old but unfortunately does not match the one requested (that reminds me of CBS or NBC's mics almost).

While the mic is listed under lunchlady, the PA's name on the promos is all Pandy Girl. I am not sure what is going on with that.
Same artist. Used to be called lunchlady or dragonfly3d, switched to the name PandyGirl sometime toward the end of the Genesis 3 era.
Ah, no wonder I like both PAs' work!
