    I am fairly round cheeky

I have actually rendered a few things in Carrara recently but sadly put in much longer videos with not Carrara renders so can't post anywhere but YouTube angel

Sorry for not spending more time here, but I've been dialing back my DAZ forum time the last few weeks and only been doing quick little "drive-bys".

Never tried Weet-Bix or Weetabix, I was a sugar-packed cereal kid (which may explain a lot).

Now, Pringles, those and almost any potato chips are my downfall. It doesn't help that one of my favourites growing up ("Old Dutch") were made a 5-10 minute drive from where I live and from where I grew up.

Dang it, now I want Pringles...

Oops, forgot to make my guess! Well, I probably would have guessed wrong; I know both are in the (not the deadly part of the) nightshade family but I also know one's a fruit and one's a vegetable... oh, wait, they're both growing in my wife's garden right now!

Yeah, the team's really doing us proud this year!

If it's not pouring rain (as it is right now) the usual summer celebration stuff, snags and burgers on the barbie, ice cream, etc.. When the kids were small, we'd pop down to the lake and lounge on the beach for a good part of the day. There'll be fireworks everywhere as well.

This year, weather permitting, well be grilling on my daughter's firepit (her place is a five minute walk from here, the perfect distance for this newly-minted septuagenarian).

thanks Wendy, the building is a model of my old high school, it's been demolished now ( about 1977 I think it was ). Year 7 was the top, my room was on the left Room 4 and in year 8 the bottom just left of middle was my room, Room 2.  I was there in '71 & '72 then we automagically wuld transfer to a bigger college in a totally different area of Wollongong to start year 9 and onwards. angel

    Fantastic modeling, Stezza!

One year I drove up to Canada for a long Canada Day weekend. I think it was 2014. Two of the highlights of the weekend were the Canada side of Niagara Falls, and a Blue Jays baseball game in Toronto. So yeah, lots of fireworks!  Canadians were wonderful hosts.

    Happy Canada Day, neighbors.  yes

Not possible, I sent them the link the first time I watched the video and have been guilty of singing it here and there when we get together for our weekly lunch.

My wife and daughter both teach English to foreign students, so when I (very badly) sing "Scallops are sea food, ya northern mob, Learn your words" they shout, "Do your job!" and we laugh like idiots.

Fireworks were banned in NSW in the 80's

so only organised events by councils happen these days. Sydney Harbour probably the most popular firework event each NYE

Living near a a big lake growing up we would use penny bungers to blow the jellyfish and crabholes up with much glee... as well as the odd letterbox. angel

Talking about English, found out the other day that rubber means something totally different in USA, not sure about Canada though than it does here. wink

Unless you're talking about cards (usually Bridge) it usually means the same in Canada as in the States, as slang. Your image, for us, is usually called an "eraser".

It was an American teacher who came downunder to teach in Primary school and on his first week teaching one of the kids asked him for a rubber, he then went crook on the innocent kid and sent him to the Principal's office.

It wasn't till it was explained to him that a rubber is used to erase not what he thought it was. devil

A case of teacher leave them kids alone till ya learn ya words laugh
