Eating a Low GI (Glicaemic Index) foods will keep you in good shape.

If you buy Almond drink as an alternative to Cow's milk make sure it is fortified with vitamin D and calcium. Not all almond drink are fortified for calcium.

Its probably the Ozempic, I know people who have similar problems from it. Also I never used Ozempic, but I did get horrible GERD/acid reflux from doing carnivore/ketogenic diet for about a year. I had to quit it got so bad. I did lose fat, but felt horrible most of the time. A lot of these diets work to help get rid of the fat, but there is always a price to pay for the quick results. Now I am back on a more moderate mediterranean diet and the GERD is gone and I feel better than ever. Basically listen to your body and also try to eat as you ancestors ate. Odds are that is what will work for you. There's not a one size fits all diet. My grandfather used to eat ice cream every night. He was always thin and healthy his whole life. I started that recently and I've actually lost more weight without even trying. It seems counterintuitive, but it works for me. 2 healthy meals and ice cream at night. Go figure.
