Editing DAZ environments in Blender and exporting them back to DAZ

I need to edit some DAZ environments in a way that isn't possible within DAZ. For example I want to add some destruction effect to a wall or whole building so I need 3rd party software for this like Blender, but I want this environment back to DAZ for rendering. How do I properly export from environment form DAZ (or import directly to Blender) and then re-export it back to DAZ without losing materials, textures etc? Is diffeomorphic good choice for such task? Or should I use something else?

Diffeomorphic does provide some tools to export morphs and animations back to daz, but what you're aiming for is beyond these features. Destroying something means to modify the geometry, that will not be possible to import back as a morph.

I don't want to export is back as a morph. It can be static edited mesh, that isn't a problem. What I meant is does Diffeomorphic will allow me to export environment with all of its textures and materials untouched? I want to avoid situation when after export to Blender or import back to DAZ all meshes will be grey and textureless or something.

No, the Blender materials can't be easily converted back to Iray, and this is not what Diffeomorphic is for. Even if there's some tools to export back to DAZ, the main purpose of Diffeomorphic is to import in Blender then work there. However, there's an addon for Blender to export DAZ scenes, basically it's an advanced fbx exporter, it has some limitations but it's close to what you seem to look for.
