The Magic Rug Pipes ... missing content?

I bought The Magic Rug Pipes and was excited to use it, but I cannot find the 2 files with "Rig" in the name, the ones that everything else is based on. There's documentation on how to use it, which I screenshotted the following from:

When I highlight the "Pipes Version 1" folder, nothing shows up in the contentpane:

Other folders have things: tips, materials and poses, as well as a few props in "fasteners" & "Wearable Presets". There's also props in "Subsets", but not the rigs that the docs talk about.

Would appreaciate any help!

    If uninstall/redownload/reinstall doesn't fix it, File a support ticket.

  • Just checked the File list(https://docs.daz3d.com/public/read_me/index/114641/file_list ), and it looks like you're gonna need to submit a ticket, as thost files are missing from the product.

    I raised a support ticket for this last week. I think that there are 26 files missing to load the props, plus some more for the shaders.

    I would suggest that you also raise a support ticket - the more people who complain, the more likely it will be fixed quickly.

    If Laticis Imagery still visits these forums, perhaps they could look into this.

    I filed a ticket for this issue a week ago when the product first came out. First off Daz support said there was no issue as they were able to load on of the preloaded sets with no issues. Once I described the missing files they agreed there was indeed an issue and they would contact the vendor. got this response today;

    Hello Martin,

    Thank you for your patience as we contacted the vendor regarding this issue.

    The vendor got back to us and informed us that the product is working as intended. According to them, nothing is missing from the package.

    I will go ahead and close this ticket, but always feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns you may have in the future.
    We are always happy to help.

    Regards,
    Devon
