When I rotate the hand of my models on G9 or G8 the forearms do not follow the twist. MHX rig with ik
blender 4.4.3

    That's disabled by default as it interferes when you import daz poses. To enable go to the mhx panel.

    mhx > properties > hands and figers > forearm follows
