Had that, too. The timer offered me another hour, and gone they were - that back in the time when they are not coming in at $5 and double for Premier.
Spend them at least an hour before they expire, two to be sure.
Although I've been using Daz for less than a year (anniversary end of next month), it seems that the sales are getting more and more lacklustre. OK, I've amassed over 5.5k assets in my short time using Daz, but there seems to be less and less incentive to spend with every sale.
No, we haven't. Tacks day had no Still New releases/offers and there's been no Still New since. MM had discounts on Still New with a New Release. MM had 20% off both with 2 New Releases. Gone. No stars. And new releases give no discount to PA stores. MM has not been extended in any way.
Yes and even then only items prior to 2025. So, even the non-new items I am interested in are never on sale.
I don't know if I'm not reading this correctly, but I put Ankgor Ruin and Trefoil Village in my cart and I'm not seeing a 20% off my entire cart. Not sure if "entire cart" means items not including Angkor Ruin and the new item over $1? Or does the new item has to be not from today's "quest" new releases?
OK, nevermind. Not including new releases. I understand now. Sorry.
so you dont get an additional 20% off Ankgar ruins either then? too many games
Here since 10/2023, and I mostly pay attention for Outlet Store, Quick Grab, and the occasionally worthwhile flash sales at this point. Works well enough for me, though; I don't have the budget to be buying things every day, so I'm okay with not being tempted.
I look at the sales, and sometimes buy, but I am trying to stick to buying only what I have in my WL. Mostly my WL items I hold off until they show up in OS/QG, or another deep discount. Because I don't have a big budget either.
This constant sale thing is maddening. I mean how many variations of sales can they offer.
Sometimes I see that same items on sale, under a different name for the sale.
LOL the one week it takes me ages to remember that it's Monday and QG refreshes, and it actually refreshes on time.
...and everything offered that I want is something I already have.
Ah well. Maybe next week. Hoping others find some treasures. :)
It's worth noting that Daz is altering the sales pages from the previous days. The bundling code from yesterday is gone from its respective sales page (it wasn't a separate flash sale tile). I'm somewhat displeased by this practice since the rest of the sale is still up. It feels sneaky and underhanded. I know Daz often alters the sales page when there's an issue, but for once, there actually wasn't any, and it still disappeared. Flash sales used to be their own tile.
If this is going to be a new thing, I don't like the direction the store is going.
Oooo, I hadn't noticed. This looks like their new way of not having to pay attention to the complexity of how offers stack (or don't) between days.
Because why bother being careful about things when you can just hit the delete button?
It was advertised as something available for 24h hours though.
Technically it did say "24 hours" in the copy for the offer.
I feel they should try to improve their "fine print" though and remember to put everything imaginable in there in clearly worded terms.
This is really important especially because there is a literacy crisis in the USA, and according to the national literacy institute more than half the adult population now has a literacy level below that of a 6th grader.
Honestly, I wasn't paying attention (not really shopping, yesterday nor today, but I did notice it was gone), and I suspected it was some 24h deal, which is fine, except in the past, 24 hour deals would get their own separate tile on the store. What I do not like is that they're altering the sales pages that are already up for reasons other than correcting an issue which really shouldn't happen either, or extremely rarely, but with the amount of Daz mess-ups it happens all the time. With the said amount of mess ups when Daz actually forgets to mention things, some deals might not be listed as "24h" when they should be, leading afterwards to confusion, complaints, tickets, and well, yet again disappointing trust.
All I'm saying is that I don't like the notion of amending sales pages like that, and would rather see limited time offers on separate tiles again.
I remembered to check it & it was all things I didn't want, mostly textures for clothing I've no interest in. And there was only about 50 items total, about half the usual.
Back to waiting for something I want to buy.
Yeah, I'm on my third day without buying anything which is forever for me, but between new items focusing almost entirely on G9... a figure system that is still riddled with bugs after three years... increasingly mediocre base sales, and featured artist stores that are totally gutted out due to the new pre-2025 product only policy for featured artist sales, I've cleaned out just about everything I would ever buy from the tiny handfull of vendors they've been repeatedly cycling through.
Curious question about the Genesis 9 Banana Suit... if you try to buy it without a "Token" new release (per today's offer), does it cost $489.99 instead of $1.99?
I already own the suit (which is fantastic, BTW) so I can't answer the question myself.
Added it to cart not logged in (as I also have it from previous April Fool's), and it cost $699.99.
4-hour flash sale tile up!
Curated selection, but a large one.
From what I've observed, it's not unusual for Daz to remove bits and pieces of ongoing sales (or change coupon codes) as days pass and more tiles spring up. I assume they adapt offers based on engagement, and to limit discount stacking.
I didn't see the bundling offer but maybe they removed it due to potential overlap with today's enhanced tokens + double tokens monday.
And a slightly newer one in terms of product age as well, with the newest products being from April of 2025 versus the December of 2024 we've been stuck on for months.
Tile still visible but coupon codes don't work. MORE-GOODIES. DId it change? Or maybe the items changed?
Banner Changed, but the front one shows the old code.
DIM shows: PRIZED-COLLECTION
That works! Thanks...
Wolfwood to save the day!
Not sure if a free DAZ+ item counts as a purchase? I have had it sitting in my cart for the past two days since I found it, but had nothing else since then I wanted to buy. Then I looked at the Outlet and QG areas and found new things! And cart filled up. Then those sales offers came. I tried to figure out one of them, and decide on a new item I didn't really want, when the sale offer for those disappeared. So wishlisted Lully's outfits and took an image of what had been in my cart and cleared it of all but the free item. Processed the order for the COG Roller Drone and I am done. For those still at it...
"Good Night and Good Luck", Edward R. Murrow sign-off is appropriate.
Neither code works for me. :(
You mean as a trigger for discounts? Most of the time do not, but sometimes it does. Couple weeks ago use one of them and counted as a 'new release over $1' (maybe glitchs). Today is not working, so it means i need to just grab it cause i think tomorrow we get a new one.
Which code?
PRIZED-COLLECTION is for 80% off up to 5 items with a new release. COLLECTIBLE is for 70% off up to 3 items without new release.
