Was out pretty much all day Monday until late evening. I had some things to take care of when I got home and by the time I signed in, it was already Tuesday Daz time.(23:00 west coast time).

Just saw this, and obviously the code no longer works. Daz has been making great strides to help me save money as of late.
The code wasn't needed, the discount applied (as far as I could tell) automatically.
it appears MM is done. Finally. I know a lot of folk not happy overall with the MM sale, I was fine for a change, but now you see the pricing and lack of discounts is very telling how good it actually was. I got a lot of stuff for over 90% off.
Just one order I hit the jackpot .. 2 April. 20 products but 11 of them were bundles. The rest of my purchases not quite that good, but 92, 82, 94, 93% off, and a few small order of a couple bucks to keep the gold star status. Most all purchases were done the last 10 days of the saie. I did do a Premier membership on the 28 March to take advantage of great pricing.
April 2 purchase.

I started using Daz in march so MM is my first and only experience with the Daz store. I don't know how sales normally work, but MM felt too arbitrary and gamified. You're encouraged to stack discounts into one big buy, but the random nature of MM makes this very hard to optimize, so there are constant moments where you realize "darn, I should've waited for a better deal!" or "darn, I shouldn't have waited so long!", which makes the event feel less like a fun surprise every day and more like a parade of regrets (or "lighting money on fire" to quote a post above).
But yeah, objectively MM prices were extremely cheap for the quality of the items and fairly good value even with licenses (with discounts applied) compared to practically every other 3D ecosystem/store.

Ditto. I'm also really irritated that the arbitrary cutoff of no products made after 2024 in the featured artist sale section that started with MM is still in effect today.
Solenne was free in cart for anyone who purchased more than $1 of stuff in the prior two days, no code required.
"Mad-Loyal" was a separate code for 20% off the whole cart (excluding gift cards) and it worked on Newly Mad and Still Mad as well.
I'm still salty about the latter since it was clearly a "loyalty discount" but hidden away without an orange banner. I had a gold star every day of the sale, it's more the principle of the matter than the money I could have saved.

"Arbitrary and gamified" is a pretty good description of shopping here in general, with a side order of "...and this offer isn't working as advertised" on a near-daily basis. The big sales like MM are actually pretty simple and consistent compared to the rest of the year: they're one theme with new daily offers, whereas normally Daz offers a new sale every day, but keeps the old ones still going for several days before phasing them out. This leads to a lot of deals stacking with each other... which can be good or frustrating, depending on how the coding is done.
This thread is a great place to hang out, especially when you're first starting, because you can get a feel from the folks here on whether something is actually a good deal or just advertised as one. We all love to share our scores and our gripes. :)
The issue reporting thread is another good one to check if something isn't working the way you think it ought to. Often it's already been brought up and we're waiting for a fix, but if it hasn't, it's good to chime in so the mods can bring it to the attention of the folk at Daz.
And not only are the featured artists sales once again only for items released in 2024 0r older, but another of the morph-only figures is in the new releases and this time they're actually trying to get nearly nine bucks for it. I thought March Madness was OVER people, so why are you still running the same promotions only without the stars?
...well back to back to "normal" Daz sales again. First time I missed both double token days. (had a lot on the plate Monday and find nothing interesting for Tuesday. At least we dolt have to buy something to keep the star discount going anymore so my bankcard can get a bit of a breather until I have to use my D+ coupons before they expire,
Not renewing my D+ subscription until the June D+ sale (and it better be worth it).
Also the Best of Bundling promo from the "last days" of MM26 is still around. There was actually a theme today, and the promo prices for each offer are good, if you want the items. (So far a No Thanks for me.)

I found the Tax deal codes amusing. For those who don't know, in the USA, today is the deadline for filing our income tax forms. I am using the TAX-OR-TACKS one to get the Battle Boar, since I never noticed it and have nothing like it. I find it odd that the full selection is only 11 items, and none for Horse 2. Surprisingly, the code works for the OS/QG items in the selection. I think this will be my only "purchase" today, since I don't care for the D+ freebie. Heck, it might be my only one until the Biweekly Freebie selection changes.
I already own all the TACKS freebie (dForce Superhero Outfit for Genesis 9) and all the TAX-OR-TACKS items; so no freebie for me today and no alternative offers Once upon a time DAZ would make an alternative offer when all the items were owned; but evidently that is no more.
Yeah, I'm a little bummed about that for similar reasons. I had a dozen "still new" wishlist items I would've bought on Sunday had I seen that code. I even waited around that day to see if an orange banner might show up - I bought tons of stuff over the course of the MM sale.
What is that Tax thing about? I can see that I'm paying tax on my current cart, never seen that before (no tax on last order from April 13 or any previous orders).
Is it only for today ("tax day"?) or is everyone now paying tax on orders? Can't find a word about it anywhere.
It is a United States thing. Today is the day income tax forms and payment are due in the US..
So I, who am in Europe, am paying tax on my order today because of that? Makes no sense.
Is this the first day you have been charged tax on your order? I know in the United States DAZ is required to collect sales tax from individuals who live in states requrung sales tax. and they have been collecting it from me for some time.
Tax Day is the last day you can file your taxes in the US, and for Daz purposes, it is just a marketing gimmick.
If you're paying tax on your current cart, it means that something has likely changed with your country requiring it to be paid (VAT on digital products etc.).
