That sums it up in a nutshell. I have never seen a store that has anywhere near as many promotions that don't work as advertised and/or not at all, not to mention so much ambiguous and often incorrect text, plus all the missing declaimers and qualifiers that only seem to get added after people invariably start complaining. And it's not just that it happens almost every single day but that often there are two or three problems in a single a day, and that many of the problems happen repeatedly, like clockwork. It's beyond absurd.
I'm a bit lost.
If an item on your wishlist is $3.19, and a Gold Star gets an extra 30% off, and APRIL-FUN code with the Ballon Dog gets an extra 30% off, how much should it end up being?
In theory: $3.19 * (100-30)/100 * (100-30)/100
or
$3.19 * 0.7 * 0.7
or
$1.56

It likely won't be free anymore. It's an April's Fools deal, not April 2nd deal.
Since it was an April Fools Day joke it was only frre on 1 April. You could, however, file a CS ticket and point out that it wasn't free in your cart when you tried on 1 April and request that it be added to your account.
You know...it's not that big a deal. I don't need it. If they can't get things to work right the day they put them out, it makes me wonder what kind of team they have for testing things...if they even have one. Like it's been said here, perhaps we are the testing team. If that's the case, we should be paid!
As far as the webstore goes... I think it's pretty clear at this point that whatever testing is done, it's certainly not up to the spec that it needs to be. Something else I've noticed is that quite often when people here are complaining, the responses often contain phrases like "lt looks okay here." It may be that whatever process they use either doesn't adequately reproduce what's going on in the real world or is extremely slow to propegate fixes. That's all pure speculation on my part, of course, and I'm certainly not presenting it as fact, just a WA guess.

Having a problem with my cart. When I apply my $6 Daz+ monthly coupon to my cart, it removes my tokens. Before tokens, my total is $6.66. When I apply my 2 tokens, the total becomes $5.80. Then, when I apply my coupon, the total then shows as $0.65. If I remove the coupon, it shows the $6.66 total again, with no tokens applied. I know it isn't much, but I'm trying to avoid using my balance for this purchase, so I was very careful to keep my cart under $6 and all Daz Originals. This isn't a new thing with the tokens not stacking with the coupons, is it?
It's not directly related to the coupon: Daz added a system to the store to prevent people from using tokens on free carts some time ago, so once your cart is free due to the coupon, your tokens will be removed.
Most of the time, it's useful, but in your case, it means you'll have to built cart with with value of $6.01 at least after tokens.
The EGG-TASTIC didn't work when I put https://www.daz3d.com/reel-to-reel in my cart, which is one of the 9 eligible items:

The outlet store is empty, outside of the 12 permanent items.
Edit : EGG-TASTIC also doesn't work with a new release in my cart.

Well, now the eggtastic coupon is no longer taking 50% off a wishlisted item like it was about 5 minutes ago.
The new Daz+ items aren't discounting properly for Daz+ members, either inside or outside the cart. They're showing just the standard 30% off new item price.
That offer isn't working on any DAZ+ products flagged with a green "NEW" from my cart testing.

I also saw that the outlet store now has 2059 items. Prices are not correct on the store but seem to be in the cart, so it's likely just a cache problem that should resolve itselft when the next cache update is triggered by whatever or whomever is triggering them
I didn't test it before, but after reading your message, I can confirm that while it's making items from the EGG-TASTIC selection free, it doesn't remove 50% on an item from my wish list who should have the 50% extra discount (not new and on my wishlist for a while) but its price is only showing the star discount in my cart, not the extra 50% discount.
Is Daz+ supposed to be priced like this?
That is not what Daz+ should be.
I saw it too: they are not labelled as Daz+ currently, which likely explain why they are priced as new Daz Originals and not new Daz+ items.
