    Hmm, I'm seeing the new day's MM banner on the shop page, but still yesterday's stuff when I click on it.

    Tried in Brave and Firefox, hard-refreshed page, tried private window - nada.

    Possibly a propogation issue as I'm in Oz.

    I purchased items from the Make Dough sale, so you probably do have a caching issue.

    Nope, I'm having the same problem. Multiple browsers, clearing caches.

    So between two of us mods, we tried safari, chrome, edge and firefox on mac and pc and we see the new sale page fine.

    Still trying but can't get the new page, but I'm in Oz too, so maybe we're just missing out.

    EDIT: Used a VPN and can now see it.

    Yeah, tried clearing cache too - same issue still in Oz. Also odd that I can see the updated "dough" banner but the madness page itself is still yesterday's.

    I'm sure it'll bubble through to us eventually. 

    Edit: and yep - VPN to USA loads the new page just fine.

    Edit 2: And going back to regular Oz internet and refreshing the page sends me back to yesterday, lol.

    almost 11pm down here in Tas maybe powers that be here are deciding whether or not we can view this heard new restrictions were added today

    Question: Is the Doble token banner just advertising what we usually have any monday/tuesday? Or was it intended to doble tokens a second time? Like in 4x the regular amount?

    So far i'm only seeing 2x as any usual monday.

    The newest March Madness page is only accessible from the promo email, which has a session ID attached. Without the session ID, it goes to yesterday's page.

    Data point: not having any issue accessing current page on Chrome. Located in USA. (Current time 10:45 Central Daylight, but didn't have any issue when I first looked at 4 AM, either.)

    The “Earn twice your usual tokens for your purchases today!” is not currently giving twice the usual tokens for purchases on Mondays. It’s giving 2x tokens, which is already “usual” for Mondays. If the wording of the advertisement were correct, it would be 4x tokens today.

    Can either the system be corrected to give 4x tokens, or the wording be corrected to make clear that this is just the normal Monday 2x tokens, please?

    (My cart for today is awaiting resolution on this.)

    I'm a Premier member with $10.47 total in my cart. It says I'm earning 4 tokens on this purchase. Is this correct per the sales page?

    It's the usual number of tokens for a monday, which is a double token day:

    • If the 'usual' in the banner means we should get double the usual amount of tokens for a monday or a tuesday, you should get 8 so you are not getting the correct number of tokens.
    • If the 'usual' in the banner is a reference to the number of tokens we're getting during the rest of the week, you're getting the correct amount of tokens.

    Thanks, Elor. I'll wait for clarification before making the purchase. I don't like to do this, partly because I'm impatient, and partly because other things happen during my day and then I forget about my cart until it's too late.

    So there's 2 token 'offers'.(and neither appear to be 'offers'!)

    Double tokens earned (which, for a Monday, doesn't seem like an offer)

    And

    "Get these improved token discounts with any Mad Artist Items " ... Which - for 3 tokens - only appears to give me 18% discount from items from that list (which is what 3 tokens usually nets) 

    Hmmmindecision

     

    Actually... maybe not on the 25%. The maths is a bit hard (!)... because the items are well discounted anyway AND there appears to be an extra 1% deducted in cart without using my tokens... It's rocket science!!

    It's working for me now this morning so they must have just sent the update our way via sea turtle. I hope they found their way to NZ too.
