@felis, thank you so much. I was reading it as five of the Newly Mad and Still Mad would get the discount! So I finally realized there was a link to follow, pulled up my wishlist, sorted by most expensive and picked items. A $69.99 item has dropped to $9.19. Absolutely need to put the most expensive at the top. Anything else drops to a lesser discount 65%, if otherwise not on sale. I used 5 tokens on my full cart.
(The wording was confusing but in my defense, I woke with a migraine and the meds has me slightly loopy.)
The PICK-UR-PERF is only partly working for me. It says it should give a 50% discount with up to 3 items if I have a newly mad item in the cart, but it is only working on 1 item.
The coupon is also working on only one item for me, even with both a Newly Mad and Still Mad in the cart with the 5 items.
If I remove something from my cart, the discount shifts to the next item, so I know it's not the specific items that are the problem.
Yes and No. The code works but the "Get up to X when you buy Y" stuff does not. So you get 50% off on 1 item, even if there is a New and/or Still New Release in the cart

first is the new release, 2nd the still new.

not applied to MMX VDB -> 75%
If I rebuild the cart with MMX VDB before HD Essentials, it's switched around, meaning MMX 88% off, HD 75% off
To my understanding, the code only will apply to 1 product as stated, from the link provided. The 50% off sales in the other sections are sales of their own. I'm currently talking with them to be sure that is the case.
Update: The coupon won't work on Newly Mad, Still Mad, Memberships, and GC. If the product already has a discount off on it and a New flag the code will come back invalid because of the exclusions.

Except that apart from my Newly Mad item, my cart had 3 other items, 1 that was discounted and 2 that are had no discount, are not included in any of the sales and are not Still Mad, Newly Mad or new releases.
The coupon still applies an additional 50% to whichever of those items is first in the cart regardless of whether its already discounted or not, but not the other 2, no matter what order you add them. So clearly, the coupon is not working as advertised.
Whatever, I gave up and just got 1 discounted item.

Oh, and as a side note, when you click the "view all items" link for the Featured Artists, one of the artist names that comes up in the scroll is Donnena, who is not one of todays featured artists, and when you select that it instead gives you a selection of items for Sisters In Chaos' store.
I wonder if the DAZ store staff has been drinking directly from that nasty lake?
Edit - Just noticed that the artist link for Lwperkins ALSO goes to SIsters In Chaos.
The issue is that it is letting you apply the coupon for 50% off any one as well as automatically applying the 50% off up to three with a debut new (the multi-item options don't need the coupon). So on my tst you are getting more than promised, not less.
It appears that the coupon only applies to one item and that the other offers are seperate offers. For example with a still new release you get an extra 50% off two items without using the coupon. In which case the coupon is working properly.
I just shopped the Classic and Legacy pages of Thursday's Madness specials, excellent discounts. I filled a cart with the biggest order of the March season so far. Then most of the prices changed while I shopped, the total spiked up, and I dumped the offending items in anger. No posted expiration, no flash designation, no countdown. DAZ just lost an armload of purchases. If I wanted price instability, I'd play the crypto market. They do not get five stars on the customer satisfaction survey today. I once got stung badly, very badly, by prices that suddenly changed without warning, so I'm warning you that it's still happening. Be careful.

Been there, done that, so many times. That said, with the DAZ store I never attribute to hostile action that which can be attributed to inneptitude, and in this case, with all the complaints about the coupon not working in the way that people expect, there's a good chance that an attempt to fix one thing broke another.
With help from @felis I was able to get it to work.
Put the most expensive item first you want the discount to work on.
Older item on the linked list, sorted my wishlist within it by most expensive and chose a very expensive item and then a lower price item. It was 87% off the other 74%.
Selected next one new item, then four items from yesterday, and lastly an item what I am not sure what was driving its price, yesterday it was full, today it was on sale. New item was 64% and others 75%. The odd ball one, 98% (not sure what was going on with it).
With five tokens $221.92 cost me $47.68. It worked at 8:04am this morning.

I just noticed that todays "pick your perfect" banner has disappeared from the front page and only yeterday's Retrofuturistic Futuristic banner remains. However, clicking on the "Retro" Banner does take you to todays sale, which can also be accessed at https://www.daz3d.com/march-madness-2026 Seriously, what is going on with the store today?

The orc pals don't work. The price for the pal is $4.99 but the 10% (or 20% or 30%) are not applied to the Newly Mad. With only an hour left, I'm just checking out without the orcs.
Am I misunderstanding part of today's World-Wide Tour sale, or is there an error with the Mad Artist Stores' and Related Madnes' sale? The section using the FIRST-CLASS coupon code seems to be working correctly by adding a 70% off discount, and also seems to work when you add a Newly Mad item to get 90% off instead. However, the Mad Artist Stores and Related Madness additional discount with a Newly Mad item doesn't seem to be applying. From my reading the Current items in both the Mad Artist Stores and Related Madness sections should be discounted to 60% normally, and you should get an additional 50% off with a Newly Mad item.
I've got an Egyptian and Eastern World-Wide Tour item in my cart, three Current Mad Artist Stores items and one Current Related Madness item. I also have a Gold Star for a 30% discount. Without a Newly Mad item the Egyptian and Eastern World-Wide Tour items have an 86% discount, which matches the 35% discount the items currently have, plus the 70% FIRST-CLASS discount and the 30% Gold Star discount. Without a Newly Mad item the Mad Artist Stores and Related Madness items have a 72% discount, which matches the 60% discount for Current items in those categores and the 30% Gold Stare discount.
When I add a Newly Mad item to my cart the Egyptian and Eastern World-Wide Tour items' discount increases to 95%, which matches the FIRST-CLASS discount increasing to 90%. However, the Mad Artist Stores and Related Madness items' discount remains at 72%. Shouldn't it increase to 86% by adding a 50% discount for having a Newly Mad item?
I've tried removing the FIRST-CLASS coupon code, but that doesn't change the discounts. I also tried removing the World-Wide Tour items leaving only the Mad Artist Stores and Related Madness items, but that also doesn't change the discounts.

I checked and from what I can see, the extra 50% discount is indeed not applied to items from the Mad Artist Stores or the Related Madness selections.
I picked the first two items from the 60% selections and added them to my cart: the discount correctly went up to 72% due to the gold star discount.
Then I added the first new release from today, and the discount on the older items didn't change, meaning the 50% extra discount is not applied:
Unless my maths are failing me, the extra 50% does seem to work for the Legacy Mad Artist Items (4th section) - but not for the other three sections. Same for the Related Madness - only the Legacy ones get the extra 50% applied.
reported the Featured Artiosts issue - the World Tour seems to be working for me in all cats and comboimations of nothing/Still New/Debut New
