    Neither coupons are working for me either on Premier

    Popped back in to check on the status of Premier coupons, since mine still don't work.  I was gonna get some stuff for the New Year's sale, but the coupons I had didn't work (and yes, I checked to make sure the items qualified for it), so since they're regular price now, guess they're out of the cart for the time being. crying

    This is ridiculous! Four days and the Premier coupons STILL are not working !!!

    Featured Artists "85% off up to 10 with any Wishful New Release" doesn't seem to be working. I only see a discount on the first 5 (but that's not from Featured Artists, they are in my wishlist and getting the "80% off up to 5" deal) but nothing on anything after the first 5 items

    It appears that the "80% off* up to 5 with any "Wishful" New Release" doesn't apply to New items in the wishlist. This is currently NOT stated in the conditions ("*Items must be simultaneously in cart for discount to apply. Items must be in your Wishlist prior to 1/5.")

    Shopping here would be a lot nicer if the terms and conditions that apply to any offer were stated in their entirety and not 'fixed' later on.

    It also doesn't seem to stack with other sales and there appears to be a floor in place somewhere that hasn't been communicated on today's sale page.

    My cart. "80% off* up to 5 with any "Wishful" New Release" applies to the not-new item in the cart. The New item is not affected. I added both to my wishlist on the same day. The currently stated conditions for the offer do not exclude New wishlist items.

    It would have been so nice if that last line had been there from the start.

    QG has upgraded (?) from "0 of 0" to "calculating" but doesn't finish its calculations and spit out any items.

    Evolution of my Intermittent Premier Strategy:

    I will buy it during the traditional big sales months & if there's something really good in free selection.

    Now that fall/winter sales are over, I will buy it if/when there's something I really want, old or new, in free selection.

    I won't buy another month until the @#$& coupons are fixed & then only if I really, really want something.

    No they're not considered Daz+. Outlet and QuickGrab products are excluded from all offers (unless there's an offer specifically stating it works on them)

    Hi all, so I put in a ticket concerning the coupons, and the sales team wrote back that unfortunately they still haven't been given an ETA for a solution by the tech team; something seems to be quite, quite off there. They assured me though that it's being worked on, and they thanked everyone profusely for their patience. It was written very nicely and kindly. Don't know why they couldn't just post about it, but by now we all know anyways, so it's kind of moot. I think at this point, there's really nothing else to do but wait till it gets fixed.

    I thought this Wild West bundle would be great. 80% off with the Wishfiul New Release.

    No other discount was shown. But I wouldn't get 80% off.

    That is still a new item. From the fine print new relases are excluded from the discount .

    Wow, I saw it but it didn't register! Turns out many of my wishlist items are new!

    Let me ask you: If an item is listed as 30% or 65% off, do you get the 80% off price?

    Or do you get any discount at all?

    I don't really care for the qualifying items in the Wishful New Release category.

    I got a great deal on the Western Rider bundle. It was another Western-themed bundle on my list.
