Nothing works. The extra 20% on doorbusters isn't applied either.
Except, as the store page has now been revised to fix the other issue, there's now a completely different offer that replaces the 25-down discount... except the new offer isn't currently working either. :/
Is there any administrator here to inquire about the 10% off cart and 20% off doorbusters? Is it only for Premier members? It doesn't say that, but there is an out of place "What is Premier" button near by that makes me suspicious.

^QG seems to take a little longer to repopulate than the regular store-page. Perhaps it's the removal of the old before entering the new. Dunno, but it usually catches up in a little bit.

Agreed that it's a frequent issue. However, it's hard to know what's error and what's intent around here. Some weeks it's right on time, so clearly it's /possible/ for it to be prompt... and often when it's not, it's a 12-hour lag, which I wouldn't really call "a little bit". To my thinking, it doesn't make sense for the entire rest of the store to get updated prices at changeover (presuming it works) but that one subset to stall out unless it's a coding issue.
It worked for me but I just clicked on the shop button in the banner, added a non-new item from the first 437 items listed and applied the coupon.
Tried that now. Yes, it works then. But 'new' isn't currently listed in the exclusion conditions.

I think new items and daz+ items are excluded.
ALIENS50 has been fixed and applies to any one item with the listed exclusions applying.
It excludes specifically Gift Cards and memberships. Nothing else. So it should work with outlet items. Doesn't. I'm sick and tired of poorly worded advertising. Either don't advertise, or stand true to your written words.

Is there a way to request to get it FIXED-fixed? So it's not a recurring issue and we can save everyone some time and hassle?
I only sleep a few hours because of various things, and either Cris I or both of us are usually on at changeover, but we wait for about half an hour before trying to test everything, because some things tend to lag a bit behind. Unless we are getting reports right off the bat, we go through as much as we can to catch the stuff early, usually within the first hour. There are times we don't get to do that. We then both try to reproduce the issue(s) to figure out exactly what and when the issue(s) are taking place, so we can let them know so they can fix it fairly quickly. We are sorry that everyone has to go through all these issues frequently. We try to get everything fixed quickly; however, there are times when 1 little thing can cause unforeseen issues that take place, which can cause many issues.
I get that, and perhaps I wasn't clear... I was referring to the QGs specifically, as it seems to be a very regular thing that they don't load up without someone going over and giving them a kick.
I started getting 'Service Unavailable' trying to access product readme documentation shortly after midnight Eastern time - and the service is still down.
The rest of the message: "The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later."
