Is there any way to save hair sim data on the cameras? I didn't see a follow up to this, or maybe I missed it.
I'm trying to save dforce simulation settings for hair to camera magic cameras to match some saved poses, but it doesn't seem to be working with Shapes or Poses.
If this isn't supported it means that I have to simulate and render every camera manually (since I then can't save the sim info for use with a render queue) which feels like a pretty huge limitation for this product.
Is there Any tutorials how to use the magic camera?
It's really about practice with the script. One thing. When you save Daz figures, use 'save daz figures'. So say you have 2 daz figures like Genesis 3 in the scene, Save Daz Figures will save both at the same time. Remember to save as a camera file. Then the poses will be 'baked' into the camera.
FWIW, as an animator, esp. toon-style, put me in for some additional demand for this idea... The ability to quicky use presets (cameras) to change the mood of a scene and character during production by simply switching between cameras would be incredibly powerful and useful (think color grading, day/night, etc.). Having LIE layers bound to the camera to quickly add/remove things like sweat droplets, blushing, emotion icons on eyeball reflections, and the like - all on demand would be crazy-cool.
anyone else want to add a vote for this addition to the kit? Maybe @Zevo might get some spare cycles to add this one to the toolbox!
thanks for considering it,

Is this product compatible with daz studio 6?
I've got all three of the Camera Magic tools, and they're all working just fine so far. In fact, they've gained some more options it seems. That said I do have the Premier version at this time. I don't know whether Camera Magic is also locked away behind that paywall, like the Render Queue and dForce Companion is.
No, Camera Magic are no Premier tools. Besides, they're just Daz Scripts rather than plugins.
Yes, so far so good ~~
Is this product fully compatible with Render Queue? This prompt appears every time I start a new scene, causing rendering to pause. Are there any settings that can resolve this, or would I need to use a different rendering product for better results?
