    I was quite confused myself. Victoria 9 remains one of the most unique models, despite her being the first of the generation. And that applies to her face and her skins. For me, Chloe somewhat resembles Elena 9 but I don't see any reference to Victoria or any celebrity either.

    The forum bugged out and deleted my initial post about the model, I thought I recognised her from the banner image, especially the right hand model and simply asked if she was based on anyone (they usually are).

    If not then, OK.

    This forum can get tetchy about some trivial queries.

    Is there official information about when will march madness sale end? And speculatively, I think when it is the last day there should be a reminder that this is the last day, right? :D Thanks.

    There's no official information. There's usually a big "final days" mention in newsletter and on the banners when it ends, though, so my guess would be that it will continue next week.

    .....I think either today (Sunday) as the Final Four of the NCAA basketball tournament was yesterday. or tomorrow (Monday) which is the Tournament Championship Final. Daz apparently stretched the sale out to coincide with the tournament.

    The Dog Men banner is all that's on the front page today. Not only is that not reflective of today's products, but I don't remember those products ever actually being released.

    Personally I think Chloe 9 is loosely inspired by Carriejune Bowlby, made famous by some FB/Reddit sh*tposter.

    Yeah... I was like "woo hoo! medieval taverns!" and then got so distracted by being excited about there finally being a pregnancy morph for G9 that I forgot there were no taverns.

    So now hopefully they just put the wrong banner up and we have taverns to look forward to as well.

    What's really confusing for me is that that banner has been up before, a day or two ago, so this is the second false launch for that sale.

    If this morning's dog men/taverns oopsie banner is an indication, I'm guessing it's going the week. Would be weird for it to end with zero fanfare on a Tuesday (or whenever than banner was intended for).

    Or maybe just all of April at this rate.

    Yeah, about that banner, I'm glad they didn't combine pregnancy morphs, body hair, and dogmen on the same day. That's too far even for Daz.

    Hmm can someone explain to me how the "Mad artist store" works? I missed some Polish's product and I don't know if I can have a good deal like that during the March madness sales :(. Why his products are not on sales today?

    Mad artist stores are for vendors who released the Newly Mad and Still Mad items. Polish's store will be on sale again for a few days if there's another new release from them or if there's a catchup sale.

    ...though Daz marketing has a very odd idea of what a tavern looks like. And I'd been hoping for more than one with that "taverns" (plural), but no luck.

    Like the asset, and on the WL it went, though. Can't fault the PA for marketing's lack of accuracy, and even if I already have a ton of those sorts of props, more diversity always helps things look realistic.

    I'm a bit disappointed about todays assets. The tavern looks nice, but that's it. All other stuff does not seem to be necessarily related to taverns or medieval. Do we really need another version of spears or sitting poses?

    The Servant Outfit does not really look medieval. Especially the trousers.

    Such a variety of boots. Really?

    ...and who will get the Dog Man?

    I like the dog man, he looks really well-made and has an interesting expression. I can't use him at all, but I might still get him. The 'tavern' stuff is probably well-made, too, but man, it's also a whole new level of awful concerning the accurate use of the term 'medieval'.

    Although I use the assets for fantasy stuff rather than actual historical renders, so I don't mind the food anachronisms. If I say there are potatoes, there are potatoes. :)

    I'm all in favour of potatoes, they go with everything - except pre-Columbian scenes not set in the Americas ;-)

    I've resigned myself to the fact that most people use "medieval" to refer to anything pre-Victorian... which is at least closer than the time I was doing a promo event for the local Renaissance festival and was (for that day anyway) the handmaiden to a noblewoman in full (quite accurate) regalia.

    We got asked if we were from "the Titanic era."

    I'd say I lost so much faith in humanity that day, except that by that point I already had under my belt several years at re-enactments with patrons asking if the fire (or the food I was eating, or the baby some woman was nursing, or...) was real.
