You should really honour the advertised price. There's a reason I stopped having memberships at Daz and this sort of thing is prime.
Grab Bag isn't giving me (Premier Member) my Grab Bag pricing today. I checked and, sure enough - I didn't get one yet
Althogh it is not obvious from the ad page, you need to have a newly mad or still mad item it your cart.
It says that we need to do that if we want more than one

Both Livingroom Furnishing Vol. 01 and Livingroom Furnishing Vol. 02 are part of today's related madness deals. They are listed in the classic category. The minimum discounted price for any of these items should be $2, per the sale terms. However, these two products cost $3 right now. And it's not because they are expensive items to begin with (their base price is only $6).
Previous days had a coupon to get one, and then up to another three with a Mad. Yesterday and today there was no get one with a coupon element, just the up to three with a Mad.
Too many mistakes today and changing of the goal posts later on has soured the deals. Honesty today cost us more money in the long run so it is an easy pass and forget it I'm afraid.

Has there been any update on when the membership expiration date will be fixed for those of us who only got credit for 12 months instead of the 15 we were supposed to get?
The last I heard was that it would be done by the end of last week...however I'm still showing the incorrect date. These continuous screw ups by DAZ are really ridiculous.
I asked few days ago. You can see Richard's reply here. Personally, I'll keep waiting some more. If it does not get fixed in a couple of weeks or so, I'll open a support ticket.

For now, it's best to wait for the moderators to tell us that the problem is fixed, and then, if it's not the case for you, it'll be the time to open a ticket.
Yeah, I saw that answer... however, I personally find the following part to be a little offensive:
"I realise it is not something you want to hang around and be forgotten, but it is a good fifty-one weeks before it will matter."
I spent my hard-earned money for that yearly membership & was promised the 15 months...it might not matter for 51 weeks for some people, but it matters to me RIGHT NOW.
Given DAZ's past track record, I can easily see the issue being forgotten. I submitted a ticket as soon as I noticed the error. I received one reply & all follow up questions from me have been ignored. Not a good look as far as customer service goes.
We are told this should be fixed now.
And I can confirm that I see it fixed. My membership page correctly states that my recently purchased Premier annual plan will renew in almost 15 months from now. :) Thanks!
Confirming - fixed for me also.
I just put in a ticket because I'm showing up as DAZ+ rather than Base, and I do not wish to be charged for a membership I do not currently want.
EDIT: and I just got the email and orange banner for two weeks complimentary DAZ+. I'll be over there in the corner scraping the egg off my face...
I'm not seeing any codes on today's sales page to enter for grab bag and other discounts /facepalm
No coupon code is needed for the grab bag, You just need to add a a newly mad, recently mad, or still mad item to your cart.
Ah, that's even worse. I recall the ones over the week just needing a code for one item. Time to empty the cart.
So, Daz is keeping a record of my credit card info even though I've NEVER saved a payment method here. They finally fixed the membership page, and the card is referenced as a payment method. WTH?

This "coupon changing early" problem has been happening every month for months and months now.
Just substitute 03 for 04 in the coupon code that shows in your Membership management area.
I have got an issue with the current coupon the 04 does not work when I tried to apply to the cart.
I wish to submit a support ticket, but the things I got in the cart may increase the price.
