I'm guessing Daz is still working on the old Daz+ subscription status showing as "N/A" and displaying as base member (since it's still an issue), but there's a new thing: the buttons in annual membership contain no text at all at the moment. They look clickable (color changes when moused over), but I didn't try them.

Can you go to the page that has the issue and get a screenshot of the console tab in Developer Tools? If using Chrome go to the menu select "More Tools", click on "Developer Tools", then select the "Console". I'm not sure what it is in other Browsers, and I don't have any other installed to check.

Mine is different than Charlie Judge's. Edited to add: Charlie is Premier, I'm Daz+ marked as "base" member with "N/A" in my membership section.

I screenshotted it, and then went to update my Chrome (so it's up to day), and the console result was different. Including both. Chrome, Windows 10.

Your issue "may" be with a Chrome Extension, we're told. Please try disabling the extension "....Privacy Essentials" (not the full name so hope you understand it) and try again and let us know.

Edit: They are saying it's no longer available and not supported through Chrome. They had to use the Wayback Machine to find it and that is why they think it may be causing your issues since the errors coming up are referencing that extension.

I appreciate your help, but to be honest, I'm irked that Daz is quick to blame things on "extensions" (last time I had issues with Daz website it was surely the extensions too... turned out not). I had this extension for a couple of years now, its last update was in February, but I went ahead and disabled it. And nope. It didn't fix the problem. And the problem with my membership expiration date and showing as base member definitely isn't an extension issue.

The Mad Grab Bag items go to $3.49 in the cart with a new release, even if I don't put in the MAD-GRAB-BAG coupon code. I don't want the code to apply because it comes out cheaper in my cart without it, even without a new release.
There doesn't seem to be a way to stop that $3.49 from applying unfortunately.

EDITED, cause it's not really a big deal, just one of those DAZ sales irrititations that managed to, well, irritate me today. I rounded up some nice little finds. I'm just gonna check out. Cheers.

OK, thanks for the update. They thought it was possibly the issue so wanted you to test it out, but I'll let them know so they can look in another area. Thanks again wink.

    Hello,

My membership page is also showing the same symptoms. Here's my screenshot. I'm Premier since I upgraded my membership with the new annual plan few days ago, BTW.

Most of the links in the Related Madness section are not where they should be and only the 85% selection link and the View all items links are correct:

    • The 80% selection link is actually the 70% selection link.
    • The 70% selection link is the 60% selection link.
    • The 60% selection link is the View all items link.

And the 80% selection is actually not here.

As far as I can see, the links themselves are active:

you may need to put in a ticket. I just tried it and it worked. Maybe try a different browser, device, clear cache?

I tried everything. I logged out and in several times. The discount is showing when I'm logged out, but as soon as I'm logged in, it's not valid again. I have opened a ticket, but of course the deal will be over until I receive an answer :(

Make sure you take a screenshot of the cart where it says the code is invalid so they can see what you were trying to purchase.

I've got the same problem - discount working when logged out, not working when logged in; Premiere Member - so I expect the problem to be on DAZ's side once again. So maybe at least informing them about the problem would be appropriate?

Yes, reporting. Once more than one report comes in, it's no longer an isolated incident. I did try the coupon after the first report and it worked, so it was hard to say it was a store issue.

I have the same issue. The coupon works if I am logged out. When I login, it's says it's not valid. And I did try using Firefox after the issue popped up in Chrome. Same thing.

The coupon is working for me and I didn't use it yesterday.

A question: is the coupon different than the one used yesterday ? A couple of weeks ago, for the 7k selection grab bag, from one day to another, I think Daz used the same coupon and people who used it the day before could not used it again.

I tried logging out, clearing history and tried the coupon again when I'm logged in. No go, it still says it's not valid.

They are working on it now, and there will be a new code shortly. If you're currently close to checking out, wait a few min. because the current code will come up invalid.

Not a problem, exactly, but a request: would it be possible for the mods to ask Daz a couple questions about the new/old annual memberships? Specifically, for the Plus memberships,

    1) if I still have time on my current Plus membership, will buying one of the new ones add time the way they used to do? and,

    2) Is there any way to pay using store credit? That's not shown as an option when you click on the "sign up" button.

    1) No but you will get what you paid for that is remaining pro rated into the total. If you just bought a premier membership yesterday you would get $18.98 off your annual price.

    2) We currently don’t offer store credit as an option.

This is important information that I don't see disclosed on the page for purchasing a membership. Changing the annual renewal, so that it no longer tags onto the end of the existing subscription, is a SIGNIFICANT change that needs to be clearly disclosed on the purchase page. Giving a small discount for remaining months, based on what was paid when the full price was much lower and was even on sale, should not come as a surprise AFTER purchase.

It does, or at least it did, show the amount due 9including any such discounts) before completing the order - though there may be issues for at least those with free Premier from a trade-in deal (hard to follow some of the reports).

The way Daz item prices are shown in the cart, nobody ever understands exactly what goes into making the final price. Sales errors, glitches, stacking, tokens, gold stars, discount for multiple item purchases, buy this/get a discount on that... I doubt the small membership discount grabs anyone's attention. Certainly there is nothing that tells them they are going to lose their remaining months by purchasing, is there? It I had purchased an annual plan and later found out I lost 19 months of already paid for Daz+ membership, I would have been absolutely furious. Not disclosing those details on the purchase page is wrong.

Grab Bag not working as intended today (28/3). The code MADDEST-GRAB-BAG is coming up as invalid, and although it says you can choose up to 4 if you include a Newly Mad or Still Mad release, this only seems to work for up to three items, or at least "X-Fashion Dark Punk Leather Set Genesis 9" isn't registering as a Grab Bag item.

Obviously it's the start of the day so teething issues should hopefully be resolved before the sale expires.
