    I logged out and back in, and I am still not seeing my DAZ+ membership info.

    I tried on both Chrome and Opera, but still no info that I am DAZ+ or how long I am still a member (although I know it runs until April 2026).

    I do see my coupon data, and this is correct, one used and one unused.

    Yes, it is - as far as I know - purely a display issue on the Membership page. It doesn't have any effect on how the rest of the site works.

    Hell Richard. Yes, I just checked my orders. It was $99 I was charged.

    There does seem to be an issue with people who have legacy memberships, conversions rather than direct puchases of  Premier, this may be related. For now all we can suggest is opening a support ticket so it is on record - we have flagged it for Daz though, so with luck there will be a global fix.

    OK, I just jumped in before the daily offer expires and got 15 months. It also calculated in a discount for the remaining P+ time. Seems working well atm.

    Thats weired. By me it was the price - instead of 199 it was down from that.

    And I got tokens for it. Now sitting on 51 tokens. I never thought that having too many tokens would ever be an issue...

    Maybe it is one of their frequent advertisement typos, and they mean contest, not content.

    How did you have 4 months of Premier, when they only sold it as a one month at a time subscription? Was that from a trade of an old Daz+ annual membership that you paid dearly for at the time?

    I am also still seeing 12 months, not 15 months plus the months I still had on the books. I tracked down my last renewal for DAZ+ on 8 Jun 2024 for 12 months at the sale price of $16.35. (Full price was $70.00) That topped off my membership then which had a few months still on the books.

    Time for a report to Customer Support.

    Edit to add: 

    It took me two hours but I found a post from October 2024 where I noted my DAZ+ experiation date was '2025-09-10' so I now have proof of what I lost. Sheesh, I wish there was a better way than tracking back through all the posts I have looked at.

    I am still unable to see my membership information. Whilst it shows my coupon status, it shows NA for membership. I am pretty sure I had time left, though stupidly I had not screen grabbed the info before Daz's latest brainwave. I am ploughing through my old orders but I have a LOT of them! Also, why does this offer not go to the cart first to make it easier to review the price? I have a lot of store credit, so might be tempted to use that.

    Found my membership renewal (eventually!) I had several months left but bought an extra year in June last year.

    So I purchased the one year of Premiere yesterday and apparently didn't make the 2500 cut. And now they've opened it up to everyone? Was I just unlucky or will I get those 3 months?

    I don't know about anyone else but I am not surprised at the countless bad decisions and implementations being done.  It's been happening for awhile now.

    I don't suppose it was intentional, but this situation has certainly created a lot of focus on the annual subscription offerings. I wonder how many people signed up so they wouldn't miss out, who might have otherwise not have bothered.

    To be clear, although I beleive people should be getting the full 15 months now those who didn't have been promised a fix by the end of the week - I wouldn't expect anything before office hours on Monday, and possible a bit later than that. It's obviosuly niggling, but it is a year before it would matter.

    Hi, I'm on the fence of getting on the offer. As much as I'm tempted, I am concerned as several other users here do, who have a D+ subscription paid but still had months or even years until it expires.
    I see the N/A status on my membership page and the sign up for Premier Plan shows the exact price of $199 with no reduction or any mention of my existing subscription.
    I hope the issues will get fixed really soon tho I'm not hopeful. If nothing changes, I guess I will have to just let the offer go.

    However, if that's going to work the way the "we'll offer you an discount off the upgrade to premier depending how much you paid for +" worked, then we'll all be told we only paid
    ~$30 for a year of plus and so the discount is nadda.

    This seems a great pity - 15 for 12 month =  $6.6 per month, so 12 months for $79.20, much closer to the $70 + used to be (not that many paid that for it, but that was the full price) - when I got the email about the offer (nothing about a 2500 limit in that) I thought it was a subtle way of "accepting the flack given over the increase (for less benefit)"... seems not

    I opened my Product Library this morning and found I had the Genesis 9 'basic' files manually added to my account again. See image below. Apparently the purchase of DAZ+ bought them all over again? And in DIM, they are still in my Installed Tab with the most recent update date of 8 Dec 2024. I have never seen this happen when I have renewed my DAZ/PC+ membership. I actually bought/downloaded each one of these products as they came available in the store with the release of Genesis 9 or at a later release date.

    This is not an issue but is confusing and I just want to document it for the moderators or anyone else who might be interested at Daz.

    Well, it says today is the last day to get 15 months of Premier for the price of 12 months and I would love to purchase the 15 months. But, as previously noted, DAZ still is NOT offering me any discount for my remaining 4 months that I got in exchange for  my DAZ+ membership. I have filed a ticket but I'm not sure what else I can do. I guess I may have to miss out on the 15 month offer. nono

    If you have it, you can screen cap the order and purchase the plan, and they will just refund the difference, or it will fix itself once the issue they are having gets fixed. If you already put the ticket, I would "assume" they would still give it too you after the end of the sale, but that's just a guess.

    Edit to add also: I have been selectively downloading items from my runtime onto my new computer daily, and when I closed down DIM and my Product Library page last night, those items were not there. So they appeared overnight in my Product Library as a new purchase. They do not show that way in DIM. The dates in DIM are either 8 Dec 2024 or 24 Dec 2024 depending on the package.

If there is, then it will need installed to add whatever change that was made, but I believe you said that you already did the other day. Let's see if anyone else has this issue as well, to see if we can figure it out.

    When we repurchase or reacquire a product we already own, it appears as the latest purchase in our Product Library. (Since there hasn't been an update to the product, it won't appear in DIM.)
    For example, if we already own some items from a bundle and later purchase that bundle, the items we already owned will appear as the latest purchases alongside the other bundle items.

    In this case, I believe that by purchasing the Daz+ annual membership, memcneil70 reacquired the Genesis 9 add-on Shapes that they already owned.
    I also noticed that when I joined the Premier membership last year, these Genesis 9 add-ons that I already owned appeared as the latest purchases in my Product Library, just like in this case.

    However, it's a bit strange that this phenomenon occurred with the purchase of a Daz+ membership.
    I understand why this happens with Premier membership, as it includes 'All Daz Starter Essentials, plus Head and Body Shape packs' as benefits. But Daz+ membership doesn't include these benefits, so I think that this shouldn't normally happen.
    Those benefits might be being mistakenly distributed to Daz+ members.

    With the additional months added this weekend to Premier I did purchase the yearly offer. Also considered that I will have yearly access to Daz Premer software with extra abilities and extra obtained figures through bonuses. Plus the  monthly free bundle and the very liberal tokens. There are probably more advantages that I haven't listed or thought of.

     200.00 roughly with tax Premier Yearly
    -  60.00 3 free months

       140.00 yearly cost

    + 600.00 15 monthly bundles (est. value 40.00 each) 

    - 140.00 yearly cost
    +  540.00 for the year

    Sure better than my stock is dong now!
