I changed my Premier Membership to Annual. But:

    1. Why am I not receiving a confirmation email about the change to annual membership - neither from Daz nor from PayPal? 2. Why am I not informed when the membership fee will be debited? 3. As an EU citizen, I have a 14-day right of withdrawal from contracts concluded on the Internet - does this also apply here?

The next annual fee should be debited one year from today. And you should see your new expiration date in the "membership management" section of your account.

If you previously subscribed with Paypal I'd suggest you check the recurring payments you have in your Paypal account because there's a good chance the monthly recurring payment is still there and needs to be canceled.

I managed to get extra credit for my Daz+ pre-premier (long story) and the first payment was due on 19th August 2025. It now says 19th August 2026. I was expecting November...

Why does it say my current tier is none when I have Daz+?

1/ The USD exchange rate is still bad I'll wait for a much better rate. 2/ You don't see how long is your current sub is paid. So there should be errors etc... 3/ N/A is my current status XD | V No f... Way i'm touching anything there till the errors are not solved. I don't do tickets. PS: I'm happy and appriciate that they finally listened to the demands.

Why didn't any of those "2500" folks post a screenshot and said : hey I got 15 months...?

We have reported to Daz and I am guessing responses will come once the store hours are in effect.

The orange banner is still up as of now, but the first 2500 have evidently come and gone, as I only got the 12 months.

Still, it's a saving, and I'd decided Premier was worth it to me even at the monthly price, so I can't complain. And they did pro-rate my remaining time so, all in all, not dissatisfied.

I wasn't able to check out with a credit card, though; I filled in the details and then all the pop-up modals just went away, leaving me with a blurry screen. I eventually had to use Paypal.

Skipping two months of monthly Premier and paying monthly is the same as the annual price if you're not one of the 2500 who gets the three bonus months. I hesitate because I don't want to sub 12 to Premier to find the same shenanigans that happened to Plus happen later if they introduce a BeyondPremier tier.

Edit: I see different numbers on the Account > Membership page. For my account, the bonus months offer is still showing if I were to sub to Annual. I recall store glitches in the past where different paths to purchase ended in people paying different amounts for special offers. So maybe the people who bought annual and only got 12 months will get their 15 once Daz reviews the order.

By giving people no way to verify if they're part of that first 2500, there will be pressure to extend the deal to everyone who signed up, even if that number exceeds 2500. (i.e. the idea of limited quantities encourages sales, but practically speaking there may not be that exact limit.)

Huh. The moment I saw "First 2500 people..." I had a feeling it's not going to go well. Also, way to go to exclude customers based on timezones that way.

But, on the other hand, while I would have been happy to pay yearly membership back in October, at the moment, I have zero interest in it. With Premier getting all the perks, there's much less value in Daz+, and the recent offers are not an incentive either (this is my third March Madness, and the comparison to the previous ones is not good; not good at all). Funny thing: the closer it gets to my June 2025 date of Daz+ expiration, the less incentive Daz is giving me to continue.

I'm going to submit a ticket since we'll probably have to either way.

I purchased the annual membership at 3:20am Eastern US time...at that time the counter showed 2155 "slots" remaining. Despite apparently ordering in time I also only received the 12 months instead of the advertised 15.

Why am I not surprised that DAZ has apparently dropped the ball yet again? I find it truly amazing that they haven't been charged with false advertising several times over...this failure in sales advertising seems to be a common occurrence here.

I just woke up, saw the banner and rushed to get a yearly Daz+ membership. I also only received 12 months. I didn't anticipate it would sell out that fast. But they should likely remove the banner if the deal is done because that's very misleading.

Lost a sale with me.  Have well north of $100 in store credit - but they're not providing that as an option for payment.

Oh well.  I've got probably $5,000 in DAZ assets - so that's likely enough. :)

i like the idea of annual, but I'm not paying $200 for premier, and I guess I miss out on the deal anyway, or even $100 for Daz+. Just not happening. I'll pop in and out for Premier, until they stop that ability.

Well if the 2500 is gone there is zero incentive for switich from monthly or is there some discount?

It's definitely a bug then. I expect it will be fixed when they get in.

As a bonus, it seems I have 51 tokens!

Annual price corresponds to around 10 months of monthly subscription, not 12. So it's still interesting financially if you had planned to remain subscribed for the next year, though of course not as much as with the 3 extra months.

My policy was always to purchase only when there was an offer. I don't think 12 for 10 is an offer, that's just standard.

Admittedly, I'd signed up to the monthly, but they were very nice to me about the transition from the old Daz+. FWIW, I think the premier is worth it, and I am happy to pay for software I use regularly.

  • well just got on here saw the banner checked it and went back to yearly nissed on the 15 oh well still better than that monthly of course lost my $6 daz o couplon any ideas when we get the next ones? Guess next month oh for my Australian friends the annual Daz + membership cost $158.07

    Exchange rate

    $158.07 AUD = $95.13 USD

    1 AUD = $0.6018 USD

I definitely am interested in the Annual Premier Membership. However the stars must not be aligned right bacause:

    1) I would lose the 4 remaining months of my current Premeir Membership and I am NOT seeing any price reduction for those months and

    2) I also evidently would not get the offer of 15 months because I was asleep at 2am EDT when the offer first appeared

So I guess I will have to wait until mid July when my current Premier Membership expires and hope that there is a good offeron annual membership at that time.

should be safe from the monthly when I went to the sales page the button had change subscription so that should mean no doubling up and still paying monthly as well as yearly

Did you check in your Paypal account or on Daz site? Because the status being updated on Daz side doesn't necessarily mean the Paypal side is up to date: when you cancel a membership here you still need to go cancel the recurring payment on Paypal's side for example. So it's worth checking just in case.

Probably because as we have often been told the forum users are a very small fraction of Daz customers.

@jmucchiello  They did this to me too. And my year of Daz+ that was left has also gone kaput. I don't know whether it's incompetence or untrustworthiness.

I know Daz has some ways of protection though ~~ In fact bots or whatever wouldn't surprise me but my point was that the 15 month' matter is a bug... i.e. I didn't think any of 2500 bots and/or human beings or whoever has got 15 months up to now.

I'm not sure if this has been answered already but what will happens to my current membership.

When would this yearly subscription start, immediately? Or only after my current membership has run out?

If immediately, would there be a compensation for the current membership?

Those who weren't awake during the sales changeover really missed something.

Daz is aware of the 15 for 12 issue and has said they will work to make sure people get the period for which they qualified.

It very much looks like a bug. They're still advertising it on the signups page.

Shortly after the promotion first came online, it was using a very basic timer where there number of claims would reduce during the sale day.
It would display the number available in decreasing in increments from 10% (early morning), 30% (morning), 60% (afternoon) and finally 85% (evening) before the shop reset.
The now commented out code used can still be found in the page.

I'm going to assume the whole 2500 claims is a fomo sale promotion.
