For some reason it seems the Willow 9 character bundle isn't eligible for the premier character bundle coupon.
I'm not seeing anything about her eligibility on Willow's page.
SO you're saying that it's intentional that a new character bundle is excluded from the coupon that has applied to every freshly released character bundle since Premier was launched? The coupon that is supposed to be a major reason to get Premier? Daz couldn't even wait a year before devaluing their highest subscription tier?
I don't have Premier to test it, but I reported it.
Thank you. Too late for me, but at least others might get the option to use the coupon if it was unintentional. It just seems weird that Willow 9 wouldn't be covered when odd bundles like Rebel 9 were/are

The product in question IS the armour. The lion cloak and sandals were packaged separately, for some reason, and were added to the base outfit to form a bundle.
The linked product is the bundle - it is one from the spell where they broke clothing sets down into individual parts for those wanting to mix and match - but it does seem that the set was originally more than those two items.
Not a problem, exactly, but a request: would it be possible for the mods to ask Daz a couple questions about the new/old annual memberships? Specifically, for the Plus memberships,
1) if I still have time on my current Plus membership, will buying one of the new ones add time the way they used to do? and,
2) Is there any way to pay using store credit? That's not shown as an option when you click on the "sign up" button.
Trying to change my Premier to annual, but after entering payment info the screen goes blurry and nothing happens from that point
1) No but you will get what you paid for that is remaining pro rated into the total. If you just bought a premier membership yesterday you would get $18.98 off your annual price.
2) We currently don’t offer store credit as an option.
Can you report what device/browser and can you try another?
Laptop Chrome is my main browser.

Just a heads up: I recently converted from my remaining DAZ+ Membership to Premier and was given 'free' membership till May.
Today I took advantage of the new annual offer. Now my expiry date is March 2026 - in other words, my two remaining 'free' months are gone :-(
Oh: And the 15 months for the price of 12 obviously also did not work...
I suggest addressing this with CS.

The membership management page has a message saying "Limited time: Sign up for an annual membership today and get 15 months for the price of 12! " but multiple people have said they only got 12 when joining.
My guess would be that the 2500 slots advertised on all the other banners have been filled, but if that's the case the message on membership page should be removed.

I have the same issue trying to change from monthly to annual premier membership, used Chrome, Edge
or Opera (Win10/Win11) (all updated) ... I logged out, deleted caches & restarted browsers ...
I always have blurry screen and nothing happens after I entered my CC informations and pushed "next" to confirm.
What payment method are you trying to use?
Tried to change my monthly to annual premier membership using my Mastercard Gold Credit Card.
I know you already reported it, but I'm adding myself to the list so that Daz knows it's not a singular case—possibly more wide-spread as there's another report in members forum.
My Daz+ membership seems to be working correctly (getting discounts, tokens at $10, etc.), but the membership page lists me as base and doesn't show when my current membership ends, so I'm guessing it's something that got lost from going from one annual system (that allowed you to stack years, among other things) to current (exactly a year from when you pay and doesn't stack with the old one).
Me too. My account says I'm not a DAZ+ member, but the DO items are properly discounted in the store. A glitch, but hopefully I don't need a coupon code before it's fixed.
Just adding as a data point that this was the case for me as well. I went ahead and subscribed for a year of Premier (and yes, only got 12 months despite doing it not long after Daz midnight) but before that, on the membership page, it showed me as "Base" when I still had an old Daz+ membership into December. When I tested putting items in the cart, they were going in at Daz+ prices so the membership was being honored, just not displayed on that page.
I didn't get any discount off the new subscription. I wasn't expecting to. Quite honestly, I had very little actually invested in the old membership - I think it cost $17 during one of the sales a year or two ago - but it was worth more than nine months of Daz+ membership. One of the reasons I had not tried a Premier membership up to now was the loss of that value, which was not reasonably respected by the upgrade-to-Premier offer that Daz had presented in exchange for it.
Was it the full price for a twelve month membership or was it discounted? I am getting a bit off for the remaining few days of my membership, rather than the full $199.xx, which is what should be happening
