    Just got install manager working, it had a slightly different configuration (both an EXE and a ZIP) which confused our restoration scripts but I added the necessary extra code to handle it.

     

    Let me know if it isn't working but I just gave it a test and it seemed to give me the correct file.

    That should put everything back to working order, if anyone finds anything not working let us know and we will sort it out but as of now it should be back to normal.

    Yes ... but ... what kind of a backup scheme is it that requires such a complicated restore process? Maybe DAZ want to look into whether there is a better way to do things.

    And DIM is still not picking up new orders. The products in my most recent order are downloadble via the account page but do not appear in DIM. So it isn't all fixed yet!

    Well, I can't download the Download Manager located at http://www.daz3d.com/get_install_manager

    Still getting an error even after doing a hard refresh, multiple browsers, and a reboot.

    Most things look OK to me (although I can't remember how many lines I should have in Product Library) except I can't find the Troll for Genesis - I bought it alongside several other products in the same order on July 27 (partly attached) and they're all there but the Troll isn't.

    ETA: I know it used to be in DIM as I have the .dsx file but no .zip file in my DIM library.

    Looks like there are a few stragglers aren't in the database yet such as that Troll for Genesis. We're running some scripts to identify any that still aren't up and putting them in, so they will be back up today.

    You might want to check Woodstock for Genesis 2 Females. It is installed on my system but appears as an update. I download the update. Gets to 100%. Reports Download Failed!. Resume starts at 0% again and then the same thing. Might be a corrupted ZIP. Haven't checked.

    Me too — I think it's about right, and I've checked my most recent and very first purchases in my order history... but I'm not so sure about the ten years' worth of stuff in between.
