Good morning, I don't usually jump in... I tend to read and wait for someone else to ask but... this morning I'm feeling adventurous I guess.
How do you get this offer to work? I've tried new items, I've tried old items. The only offer that applies is the "Valentine $3 off" from the newsletter. I thought that there might be certain items that qualify for the $10 off banner but when you click on it, it takes you to the main shop page.
How about a forum topic dedicated to sale confusion? I notice that there is one called "latest new and offers..." but the last post was for Father's day 2012.

What offer are you referring to? Please link to it, it is a curious thing. The subforum seems rather unuses as you mentioned.
It's a (probably targeted) in-site message and the discount doesn't work for me either, tried different combinations of items in cart. As it expires tonight it would be nice if that could be fixed soon.

It worked for me just a few minutes ago. First, make sure you have $10+ in your cart. The 10 you spend can be on anything, and I was already going to buy a few new releases. Then your free $10 worth of stuff can be on any not new, not PC, DAZ Original.
Edit: I didn't need a coupon. The discount showed up in the cart.
If it is a blue banner at the top of the page then it is a targeted offer, as Bad4u said, not everyone will get it as it is sent to specific people.
Nope, still doesn't apply discount here, neither with new nor old PA items as trigger. Tried different old DO for discount without success as well.
Me too - I tried it with two different new items (both over $10) and three different old DO's from my wishlist but no luck on any combination yet.
ETA: And yes, I did get the blue banner message (it's still in my account messages now)

Thanks but that doesn't seem to work for me either no coupon code shown and it isn't applying automatically. Guess DAZ just doesn't love me today.
Oh well, I have received other nice things like the figurine.

Yes, the blue thing in the bar - now I understand, but it apparently doesn't work for me. Strange, if it is there, it should. On the other hand, it may get in the way of the $3 off from the mail.
I've used the $3 already before the blue banner showed up, so I don't think so.

Exactly, it doesn't work for some customers.
Both promos don't work for me and I got both the notification for one and email for the other.
Shopping cart:
1) Time for School fro G2M - 12.57 (it's not a DO)
2) Seductive Corset Dress for G2F - 13.97 (it's not new, not a PC item, and not a gift card)
Hopefully DAZ can fix before one of the offers expires tonight?

I usually wait a day when these offers pop up, because they are screwed up about half the time. But this one expires today. :long:
They have checked the rules and the promo should be working correctly. Can those who feel that they are using it correctly and can't get it to work please drop a note to [email protected] with details of what you are trying to use it on and the email address you sign on with, so it can be checked out further. I can only get the $3 to substract, but the blue offer still shows when I'm logged in. It would probably be easier if we just got a voucher. Also, I wonder if Dragon Forge (free with a new release) could prevent the $10 off from stepping up. And what about DOs where a PA is listed as well (like Lady of War I've been eyeing)?

But I also didn't get any DAZ email today and the $3 offer doesn't seem to work for me with any combination of items in the cart. Was that a targeted offer also?

With those two items in your cart, you should be seeing the $3 discount being applied. I just tried it with those specific products and the coupon is indeed applying. Please keep in mind, however that the $3 discount (and any dollar off discount) is divided among any products that qualify to receive the discount. So, in this case the $3 is being divided and a little bit given to each product. With each of these products in your cart, click in the title of either of them to look at the product page of that product and take note of what price is being shown there. Then, check back in the shopping cart for the price of that product. You should see that there is a discount being applied.
After that, do the same thing with the other product and take note of that discount. The two discounts added together should add up to $3 total.
As for the $10 discount, it will not apply if you are trying to use it for the two products you mentioned. Both of those products are new releases (items released within the past 60 days) and thus do not qualify to receive the discount.
For the $10 coupon, the items in your cart that can receive the discount must be: not a new release, not a Platinum Club item, and not a gift card.
Hopefully this information helps.
Having the release date posted on the product page would help with this. I assume that is the same problem I'm having, but I can't remember if DM's Sensual Aiko 6 - II is 60 days old or not.

Yes, only those who actually received the email were in the target group.
When I put those two items in my shopping cart, I DO see the discount. Are you logged in? You must be logged in so the website knows that you are in the customer group we sent this offer to.
