Wednesday it hit 78F. Today the high will be 54F. Over the weekend, snow/freezing rain and highs around 40F.

I'm not sure which place has weirder weather, Austin or Tulsa... :ahhh:

Just bought new sounds for one of my synths, and donated to support my favorite ambient music website. :cheese:

I love Payday when it's almost a full weeks check! Thank heavens the holidays are OVER! :blank:

Bank run at lunch, then beer run on the way home. I've decided to hole up all weekend and work on my music and art, and just watch the Super Bowl online since they're streaming it. I'd go out if I weren't afraid of slipping on the metal stairs here, but when it's ice it's dangerous! :gulp: :bug:

Got a dribble o money left.. what to get, what to get? :smirk:

I thought you said it was 78 yesterday and will be 54 today. Ice on the steps? Have the laws of physics gone awry there? :smirk:

I've seen it go from the low 70s to snowing in less than a couple hours.

My sister won't eat chicken nuggets after she found out what they're made of. I didn't want to know, so don't ask me.

    Dana
...I'll spare everyone the video link then.

The only chicken I will eat is the free range kind which I get from the natural food market, more expensive, but better. Most corporate farm raised chicken sold in the regular supermarts (and probably served in most restaurants as well) is given feed that contains arsenic to make the meat pinker in colour.

That is a stolen quote from Mark Twain, who said, "If you don't like the weather in New England, just wait a few minutes." I've grown up knowing and understanding this quote.

I suspect that rapid weather changes are common in many areas. Especially so these days.

no.. the customer service representative from the adult art gallery is ignoring me again. I did not receive an acknowledgement to my last message I sent him or her. Maybe the representative who I am talking to left the office early for the weekend??

...do you have a DA account? You can post such images there as long as you use the "mature" flag. There are even groups which cater to artistic nudes.

Administrator banned the previous user of my IP address from the forum. My ISP assigned me the banned IP address after a power outage. I never had an account on the forum; I have only an account on the art gallery itself. I hope I don't need to wait a month for another response. I just want to read the announcements and news in the forum. I tend to stay away from the adult related discussions that I don't find interesting.

That is really cool.. I've seen that kind of thing in San Francisco, from the Marriott downtown.. up near the top.. just magickal..

I miss watching the fog come in while sitting on the cliffs.. le sigh.

I've seen that kind of cloud cover in a valley in New Hampshire, in the White Mountains, a few times in my life. It's always awesome!

Think the ip v4 numbers ran out sometime last year ? The government here accidentally took a few thousand websites offline when it blocked a website by its ip number last year, turns out the rest were sharing the number  Is not that unusual to get reallocated a spare but there is a fair bit of misunderstanding around that they're unique to a user instead of being unique to a user's internet provider :)

...still kinda buggered by the fact that on the bottom of the homepage before you log in that both the Wall Street Journal and Newsweek have mention as if they were sponsors

Neither of these publications have anything to do with 3D CG but more to do with topics that would violate the forums' TOS.
