The interface should never be white. Did you update DAZ Studio while it was still running maybe? Because that's what happens when you do that. You probably want to close DAZ, look in the task manager and make sure it's done. It can take several minutes depending on what you were working on last. Once you're absolutely sure it's not running in the background then reinstall DAZ Studio and it should be fixed.
Close normally and use task manager to make sure it's closed, actually closing through Task Manager might compound the issues.
