They come with the Genesis 8 Starter Essentials pack. You probably need to re-download it if you haven't already done so.
And, don't forget the new Default Resources with the DAZ Studio product page - it adds the PBR Skin that is in a different resources file. I had to ask about that one: https://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/508406/missing-file-pbrskin-dsf-answered-solved
