"Favorites" filter for product pages

Can we get a "show favorites first" tick box, or filter for the shop pages? I've got ~1000 items in my favorites section, but would like to find an easier way to pick out those that are part of a sale than going through the numerous pages of sale items looking for the yellow heart stamp.
It would lead me to buy more items. Many of the items in my favorites are borderline things: those that weren't enough of a draw to buy initially (like texture sets or add-ons for items I own), but that I'd buy in a heartbeat if they were in a 50-60-70% sale.
