    I cannot add anything to my cart? New one for me - sorry if soemone else has already experienced this and solved it.

    I did log off and back on and restarted the browser - edited to add Firefox 84.0.1 64 bit on Windows 7

    Same here.  Can't load anything from any vendor.  No error message just sits there.

    I can’t add this to the cart. I tried on an iPad and Windows 10  Firefox and when I copy the link it just goes to Daz  home “Props and Poses Converter from Genesis 8 Female to Genesis 3 Female” by RiversoftArt

    I'm having the same problem with Firefox & Chrome (Win10), as well as Safari (iPadOS). Several of Philosopher's items in my cart, went to checkout and the shopping cart wouldn't open. Error 500 on Chrome, no message on Firefox or Safari.

    Mixed results in opening other vendor items. Sometimes it doesn't work, but then the same item opens just fine a few moments later.

    Now many new products just lead to a blank page on both the iPad and Windows 10 Firefox!

    And now the whole store is swirlies! I guess they’re working on something...

    Swirlies gone but almost every product leads to a blank page.

    Looks like the server has raised the white flag. I get an HTTP error 500 for most of the Riversoft Art items on sale....

    sales and cart not working either. Also dazcentral installation of a recently a bought product is at 248% and increasing :)

    I suggest to shutdown the whole site for 1 day or 2 and try to fix all the error's!!!!!!!

    At the moment it looks like it's not getting better, but even more worse from day to day.

    Darn ... by time I saw this, the blink was over. And there were 3 items I really wanted. :-(

    but now I can't load my cart to clear it out, no  response from server when trying to view it (browser debugger shows a 500 error on the server).  If I log out, I can load thigs up into a cart, but that doesn't help me when I log in again.

    It's sad that with the problems they had with the Philospher blink sale not showing the sale prices, they didn't leave it up longer to compensate as I had two items I wanted to snag.

    Nope. You guys should just keep testing it for us. It works better this way.

    Are you using the Select Holiday Items link from the promo page? The promo says that the extra GC discount will only work with one of those 10 items. The two 10% extra do not stack, so 20% and 10 %  is 0.8 * 0.9 = 0.72, or 28% off. (Can't try it right now, the shopping cart is borked)

    Okay, cart works now. I get only 20%, too. Fine print excludes Gift Cards for both offers, so, you're right, there's a problem with the promo. I see no way to get 28%.

    @NorthOf45 You can get 28% off a Gift Card.

    You need one item from the Select Holiday items and 3 of the Incredible Figure items to get it.

     So you need to use both promotions to get an extra 10% on the gift card. That is not what the ad copy says. It does say Gift Cards are excluded for each one, unless I missed something.
