    The "buy 2 DAZ items for 50 cents each" when buying 2 new releases doesn't appear to work.I added 2 new releases and 2 DAZ items from that special page and the 2 DAZ items are showing at normal price.

    I noticed that the category includes PC items, I wonder if that could be the problem?

    No, it's what happens when you aren't logged in. The little blue man icon in the top corner of the page that should indicate logged-in status hasn't been working properly for the last week or two, leading to a lot of people trying to do things, but getting "can't do that, you're not logged in" messages. Try clicking on the little man, and see if you get the normal menu or the login menu.

    I think the whole discount w/a new item is borked today. I tried several different combos of new items and various Top Sellers/Historical Top Sellers/Featured Artist items. The discounts remained the same, no matter what was in the cart.

    Same here. I finally gave up and made my purchase anyway. I rebuilt my cart to see if the prices would change today. If so, file a ticket.

    That appears to be the problem as non PC stuff discounts without any trouble. If PC stuff was excluded, they shouldn't be listed.

    That was indeed the issue - thank you for clarifying - I never thought to check

    Adding to the confusion, occasionally people have been getting randomly logged out on some pages but not on others. I've been bitten by this a couple of times since the store switchover.

    The content of the bundle was known before. I have been very unhappy with some of the bundles lately. I did not complain but not buy it. In your case, I do understand your frustration. I am having the same feelings, I am not at all happy about this new idea of over-priced, striped-down "bundles" with old and/or duplicate content. But CS cannot do anything, as it was a deciscion elsewhere within DAZ. As long as people are complaining, but still buying, nothing will change. The only message that management and investros usually take really serious is when you starte voting with your wallet.

    So far, I had not have any issues with CS, i.e. the gals and guys at the "war front". They usually do a very good job. On the other hand, I am constantly complaning about the really so-so tech support and quality control, and I have stopped requesting a fix, but started to requesting a refund.

    I can't see why anyone would complain. Now, you pay X for bundle 1, Y for bundle 2, both include a base figure. If you get both, you pay for the base figure twice, which no one likes, except maybe the store. If the base was outside the bundle, let's call them bundle 1a and 2a, make the deal for the base plus bundle 1a the same as for bundle 1 ($X), and the base plus bundle 2a the same as bundle 2 ($Y), and maybe a special for getting the base, bundle 1a and bundle 2a all together ($Z) such that Z is less than X + Y. For a limited time, of course.

    Not sure if this is the right place, but I just can't buy anything. I always get a message saying "an error occured while porcessing this transaction"
    It also keeps telling me "you ust be logged in to place tems in your wish list? even though I am.

    Little man gives me the normal menu and everything.

    Try relogging and/or another browser/device.

    Not getting the PC+  20% extra discount on gift cards

    Edit: It looks like the wording of the offer has been changed to require a Debut or Still New release and it is now working with those.

    Well considering some people already complain when the second bundle doesn’t include the base figure, some definitely would. And your suggestion only works for intro deal.

    I am a bit confused on the wording of the gift card offer:

    "PC+ Members: Buy any Debut or Still New Release to get an EXTRA 20% OFF Gift Cards"

    What does the EXTRA refer to? If I read it as "additional", it should combine some other discount, e.g. the loyality discount, PLUS the 20% and apply it on the card.... So far, the EXTRA is not added, I get a plain 20% discount on the gift card....

    ...hmm renew your annual PC+ membership and get 2X your loyalty discount. For myself that almost is what a quarterly membership costs. Now my current membersip doesn't expire until early May so will this on simply add on to that and extend my membership to 2022?

    This is probably the best discount I've ever seen for an annual membership. Being on a limited income I'd love to be able to take advantage of this.

    It is working for me now. I wonder if the reason it is not working for you is that your PC+ membership is as a PA and the offer is not recognizing it.
