I placed a $30 order, bought six items earlier tonight and the status is still set as "Unknown" the items aren't listed in my product list, so I can't download them in DIM or manually. Paypal shows that the payment was made so I want to access what I paid for.
Am I the only one shopping on an Iphone and having trouble with the new store UI implemented today that blocks a large part of the screen with a fixed menu?

DIM works for me this morning as well.
Looks like I won't be spending any money this month. I don't need the hassle.
My order is still set as "Unknown". I guess I'm submitting the 6th ticket in less than three weeks. Maybe I should actually learn my lesson and stop spending money here because simply buying stuff isn't even guaranteed to work. And even though in one of my older tickets they said they'd report the issue of Honni 8's .sep file missing from the DAZ servers, I still can't download that file after 13 days, the ticket for that issue is still open and for all this time, nothing has been done.
Once again my DIM is NOT showing ANY products available for download (neither old or new). I hope DAZ will correct this problem ASAP and keep it from reoccurring so I can download and install my purchases with DIM. An approprite excerpt from the current DIM log:
..apparently what is happening with the store seems to impacting the forums more and more. There have been a number of Server Error messages when clicking a thread title to open it or to return back to the contents page, and just a few minutes ago there was a 504 Gateway Error followed by another Server Error when I attempted to post a reply.
I was getting the same errors just trying to read the forum.

1) The little head and shoulders icon top right (circled in red on the screenshot below) is still white (not blue as it should be) when you're signed in unless you are hovering over it.
2) Shouldn't this thread be a sticky at the top of the Commons ?

Wouldn't matter anyway, we wouldn't find them in DIM or the download file would be blank.
I'm wondering if this DIM and Product Library issue has somethign to do with the cloud service? Perhaps they don't have consistent connectivity or capacity in every location. Something is off. I've done a boatload of DIM download/installs the last two days. Literally close to 3,000 packages! Only one or two failures, and I think they were because of missing setups to the related software installation paths. And I got pretty consistent download speeds, too, mostly around 100 mbps. So, I'm wondering if it's a global location thing.

Here we go again Product Libray shows the Steampunk Ostrich and Cart Bundle in it but there's nothing there no products, no what's included nada

I had a lot of trouble getting the 2 holiday freebies (thanks for the extra!) into my cart. For both, the cart icon wouldn't do anything until clicked multiple times. Then the Continue Shopping/Check Out popup was slow to show up. Finally, when I got to the cart page, only the collar was in my cart - but plush kitten still showed as In Cart on store pages. Finally got both bought together.
@DAZ_Rawb Did your team already look into this? "Auth invalid" failure for Product Sku: 73681 - Templates_73447_X-Fashion Sexy Sweet Lingerie for Genesis 8 Females.zip - not yet fixed after 2 months!
It does seem highly variable. Daz Rawb has (see earlier) been working with Daz' service provider, but the problem, if I am understanding correctly, is finding a file that remains a error-prone for long enough to be used to diagnose the issue
Are others seeing the lack of downloads?

I just checked mine again and its been partially fixed only one of the three products is showing
